My friend and I went here for brunch and we LOVED the margarita flights! We chose peach, blueberry, mango, & passion fruit flavors for the flights.
My friend ordered Chicken & Waffles and her chicken was seasoned very well. I was a bit disappointed with my fish and grits. The dish was hot when it came out, but the fish didn’t taste seasoned at all and the grits were very gritty and a bit watery.
My birthday was a few days prior, so our server Bria brought out a slice of cheesecake for me. The plate was decorated so cute, I loved it!
Our server Bria had such great customer service, thanks! I would definitely return, but I would try a different dish next time.

A huge thank you to Sapphire Restaurant and Bar for making my birthday brunch such a wonderful experience! From the start, they were extremely accommodating with my large party reservations and very patient with all of my questions and concerns.
The food was freshly made to order and everything tasted great. Our waitress, Miss Bae, was amazing—so attentive, with a warm personality and a beautiful aura that truly added to the experience.
The atmosphere was inviting and stylish, and the DJ kept the energy high and the party going.
I would absolutely recommend Sapphire Restaurant and Bar for your next outing or celebration!

Celebrated my Little Sister’s 50th Birthday. We came after dinner for drinks and music. Drinks were made good, music was great in the beginning. After a while DJ played music for younger crowd. All in all had a great time. Security at the door was a real Nice guy.. will be back again. Please try them out.

The full brunch menu was impressive, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and having fun with friends. I tried the Lamb Chops & Potatoes, Shrimp & Grits, and Stuffed French Toast — everything was flavorful and beautifully prepared.
The drinks were another highlight, especially the 3-Liter Mimosa Tower and their signature Spring Fling cocktail.

I’ve never experienced a place where the sevice was this slow…. We were a party of six… Our food came one at a time… By the time they brought my food all my other freinds had finished eating. That’s just one of the complaints…. Eventhou our server told us they had one Cook in the kitchen, other people that came after us were served already. I’ve ordered the stuff French Toast and was not brought a maple syrup for it… I asked for a syrup and our server said will bring it out… I went ahead and ate my food and again our sever came with no syrup…. When I reminded her about the syrup she simply said she forgot…. I was compensated for my food which I appreciate…. But this is not the way to conduct business… The restrauant was not that busy for the service to be that slow.Never coming back here again.

Seen this place on my explore page and decided to give it a try for my sons 9th and 11th birthday. Our waitress “Dee” was nothing short of AMAZING! She was very attentive very friendly great attitude and really made my sons feel like they were on top of the world. The DJ was doing his thing. Great mix. My fav though yall ….. The HOOKAH…. Anytime we go out I have to have a hookah. It was only $25 and when I tell you me and my husband was feeling it… ohhhh baby I think that’s one of the best hookahs I’ve ever had. I stood up and sat right back down. Me and my husband did not wanna leave and agreed that next time the kids will be left and we will be there longer than the 2 hours we were there. The hookah did not require a refill maybe if I stayed a little longer than what I stayed but for 2 hours that thang was thangn … lol. We really enjoyed ourselves. Again our waitress was everything. On top of the 15%gratuity we still slid her something because top tier customer service and satisfaction is hard to come across. Plus, she did not miss not one single beat. I highly recommend this place. We went on a Sunday for brunch. To feed four kids plus a hookah and 5 drinks our bill was $137 and that’s with gratuity. Not bad right? We live 15 minutes away, I definitely will be revisiting soon even if it’s just for the hookah and the DJ.

My wife and I just left Sapphire with a group of my co-workers. It was our first time there and it was a great experience. The food was delicious. We started out with a spinach and artichoke dip appetizer and for entrées I had shrimp fried rice and my wife had crab cakes and french fries. Everything was delicious. Everything was nice and hot when it came out. Our server was great and the atmosphere and music was great as well. The DJ was really good and we all enjoyed the music. We will definitely come here again.

Tonight was my first time visiting Sapphire in Duluth and I have to say the food was delicious. The atmosphere was subpar but tolerable and the service was pretty decent. The reason that my review is giving only a two star is because this business tried to scam me and my friends out of money by up charging us on gratuity, and when we caught it, they had to refund us. Website states 15% gratuity is added for parties of four or more, or $100 or more. Our group was exactly 4. And we were all charged almost 30%. For me that type of dishonest business practice is not acceptable and the review won’t get any more than two stars. Uploading pics for proof
