This Taco Bell serves nothing but empty garbage Food. Tacos are always empty broken shells. They cheat on the boxes and my box was missing the 5-Layer Burrito. Erial the Mgr on duty lied and said it was in the box, when there was no burrito. The 5 piece chicken is just tiny dried up pieces that are like rubber.
Taco Bell is overpriced and all their locations in Billings and they do nothing but cheat on everything, not to mention that it takes over a half hour to get your order.

7:27 PM: Reached pickup window; food was handed out very fast (almost concerningly fast)
Receipt Issue (Major)
Immediately asked for a printed receipt to verify the purchase
Employee refused, stating they don’t print receipts for online orders and it’s only available in the app
It appeared they tried to locate it first, then defaulted to that explanation
This was the biggest problem of the visit—basic verification shouldn’t be a fight

Low carbonation / tasted flat
Mix tasted weak, like the syrup ratio was off

Stuffed with lettuce to the point it felt like filler
Inner shell cracked in multiple places
Cheese placement was off—more on top of lettuce than on the meat
Cheese that should’ve been melted was clearly not melted
Sauce (ranch-style) was very minimal
Meat portion was skimpy (thin layer at the bottom only)

Overall felt cold/lukewarm
Outer tortilla was gooey and sticky (wet flour texture), not seasoned, unpleasant to handle

First bite at the end was basically sour cream and cheese
Took deeper bites and it was still overwhelming sour cream

The Bella’s swell. The bell is swell. Now. This location is great. Good people efficient and when I go for delivery they get the things out quickly and back to my customers so I can get the tips thank you guys for being awesome!

The service is usually really slow, but I’ve come to expect that from most “fast” food services these days. My wife decided to pick up a taco party pack for the family, and after waiting 20 mins for her order, she asked whats taking so long, so they rushed her order.
What really grinds my gears, is that when she got home EVERY SINGLE TACO was CRUSHED. there is no possible way that happens, unless on purpose. We will not be going to this taco bell again

To be honest the only reason I give this place any good rating is for the night shift workers. They always get my order correct, put the food together neatly, and they’re all very friendly.
On the other hand if you go during the day I wouldn’t suggest it lol. Day shift always is missing items from my orders and poorly puts the food together.
All I have to say is if you go to this Taco Bell go at night because you’ll actually get good food

I can’t remember the last time I had a half way decent Crunch Wrap Supreme. Every time I order them the ration of meat to lettuce is comical. This time I thought I’d avoid any issues by ordering light lettuce, light tomato and pay extra for ground beef.
Didn’t seem to help, they are overcharging for lettuce with these crunch wraps and now they just charged me extra for no meat. Unfortunately, they also didn’t fold it properly so I have to eat it in pieces.
Unacceptable lazy service.

We came in today September 17, 2025 for sit-in dining and there was an employee there — red hair, glasses, super short. She had the worst attitude towards other employees, especially a native gentleman working there whose name we didn’t catch. The native gentleman seemed flustered with the red haired girl’s behavior, but powered through and was friendly and cheerful anyways. He was great, despite dealing with such horrible management (we assumed she was a manager, judging by her going out of her way to boss people around and criticize them). The red headed girl seemed to be micromanaging everything and everyone around her the whole time we were there. Employees seemed stressed around her. She is not a leader. We were uncomfortable just being in the restaurant around such hostility. I would get rid of her if I owned this store.

I’d come here once sometimes twice a week for breakfast since I work right across the street. However due to them changing their hours to opening at 7 now it’s no longer an options. What makes it worse is there was no signs or anything letting people know of hour changes just pull up to the drive through get the AI auto response asking if your using the app then silence. No this location is currently closed or anyone coming on saying we don’t open for another 5 minutes. Yes I was there at 655 this morning. When I called to see what was up I was greated by Julie who seemed shocked and upset that I was confused and frustrated with the random hour change. Loved me a breakfast crunchwarp in the morning but unfortunately won’t be able to anymore.

Went in there 8/23/2025 men’s toilet was caked in you-know-what. No big deal. Went back the next evening. Toilet still caked. Giving 4 stars because the staff is so friendly, attentive and professional.
