I made an online order, we waited for one hour and 30 minutes and the pizza was still not even made. We ask how long will it take they responded with “I don’t know”. Worst customer service ever and I had to cancel my order. Now my family and I won’t be having dinner for tonight. Extremely disappointed. A pizza cannot take over one hour. Pizza Hut do better.

I had a promo that I used to buy an “Ultimate Crafted Flatzz” flatbread pizza and a “Meat Lover’s Melt” folded pizza. I’m glad I paid only $5 & change total. It wasn’t inedible, and I don’t know why I expected more from Pizza Hut. I guess it’s because they’re still in business in an area where pretty good mom & pop pizza shops are no more than 5 minutes in any direction. The staff seemed to take pride in the food they make, and that’s likely their saving grace. It was clear some effort was put into how my items were made. It’s just no comparison to Long Island pizza.

I ordered a dinner Box from these people today Through phone. And the only thing I asked for not to cut my pizza and I explained very clearly that I don’t want any bacon or Pork touching my food, so I would not like it to be cut. They told me to be there in 30 minutes I’m and they Give me a box with cut pizza in it. Then the person that I spoke to told me that he’s going to fix it and he takes fully As I did explain to him on the phone that my religion doesn’t allow me to eat, or even say pork So he’s like Wait, I’ll have them make the pizza again. They made it again this time they put bacon inside. My pizza did not cut it so I brought it home. My receipt does not have any bacon mentioned in it and then also they put it in my order. I waited double the time and got an order Disrespected my Religion on my belief. Unknowingly I brought this thing into my house. I’m quite upset didn’t get to eat. My whole family didn’t get to eat after the situation.
And this is not the first time this is happening with this location. They always mess up my order But at least they did not put bacon in my order before. But this time I’m just done. PLEASE DON’T ORDER HERE ever.
I called these people back and then they’re like just come back to the store and will prepare another order for you. I don’t think they realize that I waited Double the amount of time Politely.
I feel very disrespected and This place is never going to be visited by me again.
Someone’s religion and believes should not be taken as a joke Specially when it comes to food and they’re trusting you with it.. Please don’t ever order here. This place is the worse They charge you the money and you don’t even eat the food that you get.
If they can’t even listen to a small direction of not putting something into my order, then I don’t know what they are doing with other peoples order!!

Tonight my whole family is sleeping Without eating and House for the first time had pork inside it.. Which is not a normal thing..
Just put it in perspective if my family even says pork each one of us has to go take a shower seven times..
And these people put that in my food, after I asked them to not to do it.. And after my order did not have it I’m posting a picture of my receipt that proves that I did not order that and a picture of the box they gave me.
I garbage the whole thing. Thank God, none of of us ate it.

This Pizza Hut is our go to. The food is always fresh, hot, and made just right. They do a great job having orders ready at the time promised on the app, and I haven’t had any issues. The boneless wings are a must order; they don’t drown them in sauce. The online deals are also really good and worth checking out. Honestly, if you’re ever craving a late-night bite, you can’t go wrong coming here.
