I’ve had Donatos once before….at a store in Mason Ohio & it was cooked to perfection (chef’s kiss) I also ordered it online for pickup. I did the same for the location in Kettering (far hills) and even though it was ready when promised….I thought it was slightly overcooked. I could see burnt edges. I also had to do a dbl take when I opened the boxes as it lookes like pieces were missing but I think they just didn’t push it back together after it was cut. The lady was nice & asked if I needed plates & napkins for which I declined. I would suggest making sure the oven temp is not too hot & dbl check to make sure the customer didn’t want it extra done. Other than that keep up the good work!

I ordered online and was told time for pickup per usual. I show up and overheard two workers right on the other side of counter saying I don’t like having to go back and forth from making pizzas to the front to check people out. I stood there for a few minutes in shock thinking maybe they are just venting. NOPE, I sat down and waited about 5 minutes easy until another very sweet and apologetic young lady helped me. I asked her after she was very sweet of she had to share her tips and felt horrible that she said yes she did. I tipped her more than my order! I got home to my family to eat and got a different size pizza then I had ordered. I order two large…not sure what the cheese pizza size was but it wasn’t the same as the pepperoni. Very disappointed in the overall experience except for the pleasant young lady. Just of the store cares order was 9/27 pick up time was supposed to be 8:31pm

The AI Chatbot lied and told me it was a real person. The online ordering was messed up. And nobody will take my call when I try to speak to a real person. The website literally told me to call the store. This is unacceptable at this point. It also created 2 pending charges to my bank account. Even though I wasn’t able to place my order.

Placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 8:18pm. Horrible customer service as the worker said “we just threw in your pizza” at 8:30pm after I’d been there for 25 mins. No apology or remorse for the horrible customer service. Will not return – go to Marion’s instead! It’s just right across the street and the employees care.

We just had a “The works” no mushrooms light sauce delivered to us. It was the best pizza we have had in a very long time. The delivery driver was so sweet and kind as well. Thanks y’all! I had trouble with the app and automated calling but luckily I was able to put in our order at the store.

This location is unreasonably slow. I have picked up twice in the last month or so and both orders have been 30 minutes late- again, for a pick up order. To make matters worse, there’s no apology or offer to make things right. Avoid this place.

Pizza just wasn’t our liking were used to more of a deep dish pizza and it tasted like they mixed hot sauce in their sauce. Either way wasn’t the best choice.
