Stopped by for the first time to grab a sub. I ordered a toasted ham and cheese and was the only customer there. It took 15 mins for the sandwich to come out. Once I got home I opened it, and there is a single slice of ham, and a single slice of cheese on a French baguette. Pretty disappointing, and not what I would consider a sandwich. Should be more meat and not all bread.

We ordered a supreme pizza with no diced tomatoes but with sauce. We received the pizza and there was no sauce. When I called they said we could go back and pick up a side of sauce or if they really had to they would remake it. They should have offered to bring the sauce to us minimally or bring us a new pizza. Poor customer service

Been driving by this little place for years and finally tried it recently. Should have tried it sooner so I didn’t waste my time with other pizza shops. This best I’ve had in dallas. They are super generous with toppings. Ask for extra marinara sauce though – they don’t put enough. I’d also call to place the order as the options on Uber Eats and Slice are weird – you select a 3 topping pizza and the app makes you choose 6.

We ordered pizza at Bona today and let’s just say it was made perfectly! The amount of crust, sauce and ingredients were chefs kiss. I called and that person was kind as well the delivery driver was very kind.

Delivery is free so call in to order and skip delivery services and save some $$.
Mostly I pick up myself location is easy.

Not a dine in kind of place, really small seating area, not an issue just wanted people to know. Super friendly staff. Greek salad was good. Gyro was FLAVORLESS. The tzaki was just Greek yogurt and some feta cheese, it was missing the 3 main ingredients, cucumber, garlic and lemon juice . We didn’t try the pizza so can’t comment on that.

I ordered delivery of the Nicola and Classico along with a gyro, omg, the crust held strong, the ingredients were fresh and high quality, the gyro was stuffed full and soft and I’m so full right now. I highly recommend. Way to go Bona, way to go.
