Store hours must be changed even though it says on the door that it closes at 9 p.m. I watched as they locked the door in my face at 8:30p.m. Called the store and someone answered then promptly hung up without answering my question. There was a family inside making there selection also.

We stopped here because it is where my niece wanted to eat. it was a really sketchy spot. not very clean, and employee was smoking cigarettes with a group of non employees right up against an entrance door. there are more cameras in this subway than a bank. I truely have never seen a subway nor any other restraunt with that many cameras!

It’s usually a lot better, but they had someone new. She rang everything up individually, was just this side of rude. She was either hungover or had a bad headache. We ordered 2 combos. Maybe we confused her when we said we wanted 2 cookies with each combo instead of chips, and that’s why she didn’t make it a combo. She got the type of cookies right but the number wrong.
I ordered the veggie footlong there before and could only eat half. I wasn’t all that hungry this time either, but it was so light on veggies that I ate the whole thing. All of the issues were service errors, so hubby opted not to leave his usual 5 dollar tip because that was about how much extra we ended up paying because she couldn’t focus well enough. We will go back, just not if she is there. I wish I had gotten her name.

My first thought was store looks so clean I was impressed with the veggies and sandwich counter everything looked fresh and clean. Jennifer was amazing she was helpful, cheerful you can truly tell she takes pride in her work.

I stopped eating at this location quite a few years ago because everytime that I went there my food was horrible. I recently had heard that it has new owners so I thought I would give it another shot and I am glad that I did.
My sandwich was awesome. Everything was fresh and tasted great. My pizza sub and cookies were on point.
Not 100% if there really are new owners, but whatever changes that were made were definitely a huge improvement. Glad to have Subway back in my life.
