I typically don’t review fast food establishments. However I had not been to a Popeye’s Chicken in probably 25 years or so. My 11-year-old son for his birthday had the request to eat at Popeye’s Chicken and then go to the movies. Ultimately we went to Popeye’s Chicken. I do have to say the establishment was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered our food which was ready in a timely fast food like manner. We did end up missing one sandwich. Which was given to us without any fuss and also in a timely manner with an apology. I do have to say the food was quite delicious at least for the chicken. Everybody seem to like their meals. There was 10 of us total. The chicken was definitely very greasy but did in my opinion have a perfect amount of crisp as well as the opinions of the others I was with. The mashed potatoes that I got for a side were definitely steamed and didn’t taste that great. But I don’t think you go to Popeye’s Chicken for the mashed potatoes. Maybe you do. Not a place that I would need to go back to for myself. My son on the other hand who turned 11 enjoyed it quite a bit and wants to go back.

Afsheen is the General Manager from Hell! I have no idea why she is still managing. She doesn’t want to be there she arrogant and rude and doesn’t know an ounce of respect for the customer. And because she’s a general manager she thinks she can do whatever because she’s has some power. Ever since the old Team left and afsheen been in charge absolutely downhill. She’s grown and has no sense which is unacceptable. The Reviews, food quality, cleanliness, service, customer service all down the toilet because of this woman. She arguing with me because she tried to give me chicken that I didn’t request. I simply said I’ll wait for fresh chicken to come up. She instantly started with the attitude and back talk. Went here with my daughter to use a gift card she got from Christmas, order two number 5 and two pies, get to the window give them the gift card that has $15, lady goes is not working so my daughter saids may be I need to activate it calls confirms there $15 on it cashier confirms there’s $15 dollars but wee still can’t use it. I said fine I’ll pay what ever. Checked my food they forgot my two pies. As she saids out loud oh yea she did asked for two pies than proceeded to charge me for the two pies she forgot to charge me for and forgot to put on my order. I work in a retail business deal with the public 24/7 but this customer service was the worse. I will never go back there again

Idk who the female manager is, but she sucks. I swear I come when the store doesn’t have a line inside or out, and they still ask you to pull over to the side and take forever. Plus, the soda always tastes flat, like how the store isn’t even that old.

I’ve been to a few Popeyes and I usually like them this place has a rude manager or owner don’t know who she is Mac & cheese was horrible. Didn’t get any noodles. It was straight cheese with barely any noodles And she said that’s the way it is Chicken wasn’t crispy and fries were room temperature and The biscuit was super oily, not like all the other Popeyes I definitely like Popeyes, but not this location

Best chicken sandwich I have had in a long time. But the restaurant itself is very understaffed. One poor women pretty much making and doing the register which is frustrating. The restaurant needs a good cleaning and more staff. But the chicken was delicious . If u don’t mind waiting for a few extra mins it’s worth the wait. Thanks to the lady working so hard

The chicken taste like fried flour no seasoning. This location is always out of legs. I can never order what I want. Can’t wait for Pollo Chicken to open down the street. They never have waiting customers because no one goes there.

Very disappointing experience yet again at this location. When we arrived at the drive-through, we were informed we needed to come inside because the drive-through computer system was broken. This has now happened several times at this specific store.
Once inside, we placed a small order and still waited over 15 minutes to receive it. We were then told that dressing would be an additional charge, which was communicated abruptly and without any courtesy. The overall interaction came across as dismissive, making us feel more like an inconvenience than customers.
We’ve had excellent experiences at other Popeyes locations, which makes it clear that the issues are isolated to this one. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts and consistent disappointment here, we’ve decided this will be our last visit to this establishment.
