Let me start off by saying if I could give zero stars I would! I called in a pickup order and the person who answered asked me to repeat everything I said about 3 times which was annoying. When my boyfriend went inside to pickup the food he said the workers were unfriendly. We received a bag soaked through with grease (pictured below). The smell when he brought the food into the car was absolutely nauseating. The fries were definitely undercooked and extremely greasy, the subs were also a grave disappointment. My boyfriend ordered a large sub and could only manage to take two bites of it from how revolting it tasted. This is extremely upsetting and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone, it’s even more upsetting because we aren’t from here and just wanted to try something new. Also it was $30 for two subs and fries that taste like nothing but soggy greaseballs, would’ve been cheaper to just get McDonalds and it probably would’ve been healthier anyway. -10000/10 expirience here and I really wish we could get a refund because we ended up not eating a dinner we were promised.

This is my favorite Penn Station location! The team is always friendly when you come in. They’re very nice about custom or special orders. They never skimp on the toppings or fries. I’ve ordered online, in person, I’ve dined in, gotten it to go and dined in with my special needs/handicapped family member. Always a great experience. And this spot has a cool unique view!

The night staff (9 pm) on 11/22/2025 at this Westfield location should get a raise for the level of care they put into my family’s food order. They were friendly when I called my order in, took time to make our food orders when we arrived, and these are the best sandwiches I have ever had since I have ordered at this location. Excellent service and highly recommend! Way to go Penn Station staff!

This is one of our family’s most favorite restaurants. Being from Indiana, we’re obviously not from the east coast, however the food seems extremely authentic. The Philly Cheesesteak is what we get every single time, especially when the ghost pepper promotion is going on. During the Pacer’s Playoff run, they run even more promotions with free food. Fast and consistent. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Unbeknownst to me, there was a misconfiguration on their website/app that allowed us to place a pickup order at 9:45am when they don’t open until 10am. My kids were getting on a bus at 10am to go to summer camp, and they needed to bring lunch for the bus trip. So when I saw you could pickup here at 9:45am, it seemed perfect.
We got there and they were still closed. We looked in the window and could see the staff getting ready, but the door was locked. Someone came and opened the door to tell us they weren’t open. We explained we’d placed an online order and paid with a pickup of 9:45am. They went and checked and, sure enough, there it was. They told us the site shouldn’t have allowed us to do that, but they made the sandwiches without any issues.
My kids made it on the bus fine and enjoyed their lunch during the ride.
So, my apologies to the crew who was on that morning. I should have cross-checked the pickup vs. opening time and questioned it. But a HUGE thank you for taking care of us anyway without any hint of frustration.

This is my favorite sub place around. They offer a wide variety of options and every sandwich I’ve ever tried has been very good. Don’t forget to add some fresh cut fries and a lemonade to your order. The service is always fast and friendly as well.

Made an online order, was not ready when we I arrived and I ended up having to wait over 10 mins past my pick up time which is fine I understand how food service works BUT the kicker is when our order wasn’t even correct! Simple mistakes like no dressing on a Ruben?!! A small size when we paid for a medium. No mushrooms when extras were asked for. And magically bread of a hot sandwich was cold to touch.
