-7- Hodgepodge no tomatoes, add pickles. Needed more mayo. Was oddly soggy and dripping liquid. But good flavor
-9- Italian Beef with gardenira (kind of bland), tomato, lettuce, Italian seasoning, mayo. Beef was decent

-Pickle cold and crisp. An interesting flavor I’ve never had before, not sure I liked it but not sure I disliked it
-size and cost of extra dressings, $0.99, bigger than expected, worth trying
-Garden chopped salad, tomato had zero flavor, cucumber was very good, croutons tasted synthetic
-Ranch, liquidy in the best way, good salad ranch
-Honey mustard, decent, don’t need again
-Italian vinegarette, solid Italian dressing
-Twisted Citrus, good enough, no complaints but nothing noteworthy.
-Tomato soup, very good. Creamy. Good chunks.
-Soup bread, floating freely in the paper bag, but was toasted nicely and soft on the inside
-Location, inside the mall. You have to park and walk inside.

-Customer service, odd ordering process, talking to multiple people with multiple orders in different stages gets confusing

New favorite sandwich shop! I don’t know how they make their bread but it’s sooo good. We got the Chipotle chicken and the Italian club.
Also, didnt think a sandwich shop could nail a pizza but they did. Our two year old loved the cheese pizza.

Well, I just love this place. The team really works together. They just want to help you get your order. The way you want it, they’re kind. They’re patient when you don’t know what you want.
And it was really good.It’s refreshing to have a good sandwich shop in the mall. And the cherry on top is that they make their own chocolate chip cookies from scratch and I have to say, I bought seven home and they’re all gone.And I would love just to go by the whole container.All of them and bring them home. They should really promote those cookies because they are the best.I’ve ever had in a bakery.I’m not kidding.They’re almost as good as homemade. Well, they are homemade, but not in my home, giggle. I don’t have to make them anymore. I can just buy them at Pickleman’s.
And I’ll be the hit for the holidays! Thanks again for great food and dessert and a great team.Y’all need to go and eat there. ❤️

My fiance and I come to the mall pretty often and we were excited to give this place a try once they opened. It’s obvious this restaurant is in its starting phase, service was a bit slow and confusing but I am sure this will be resolved given some time for everyone to get a proper rhythm going! The the #5 wasn’t bad, it’s hard to mess up a basic sandwich and we enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be stopping by again in a few months to give it another go!

Took forever to get food, staff were confused, and only remembered to make one of our sandwiches after they served the people behind us in line. Food was good but was not worth that price especially considering the experience

I was excited to try this place after watching it be built for months, but it was a complete disappointment. The customer service was awful. After ordering, we stood at the register for several minutes waiting to pay while two employees talked to each other and ignored us completely, even though we were standing right in front of them. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no excuse for this behavior.
The food was extremely basic and forgettable, with nothing that stood out. Overall, a terrible experience. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I ordered in advance at 6:50pm from home. Waited as instructed 15 minutes. Drove to the mall & parked during tye wait time. Entered store at
7:05pm at Pickleman counter and wow my order was not ready! Why do we order online and still have to wait???? What was very interesting was watching 4 guys, 1 fixing an order and 1 new guy at the counter looking lost & 2 others in conversations in the back that I could clearly see. Nobody acknowledged me until I requested attention. I had to get their attention.
Then I had to wait on my salad to be made. I did receive my order at 7:12pm. Thank you. That is when I started this review. Not happy, nor impressed with the service or prompt service…. fyi I did not hit send before driving off. In order to cool off and not be upset. Once I got home I grabbed that sandwich. I was hungry. Only to realize an item that I paid for was & still is missing. I ordered a sandwich. Waited for my salad. And now the half soup roll that I paid for was not included (goal was for tomorrow). Seriously. This really sucks! 1st time going & last time. I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you very much.
