It’s surprising to see the similar experience happened for me. I ordered 7 items but I got only 6. We did not check it when we got the order through drive through. We realized the food item was missing when we hit the road. Whatever we got was tasted good. Easily accessible location , clean , maintained place except the issue.

We had a very pleasant experience at this Taco bell. My daughter dropped half of her quesadilla on the floor and they helped replace it for her without additional cost. We would return. This is an excellent option for folks driving on the interstate it’s just a few minutes off of the exit.

Listen, Taco Bell’s are hit or miss. This one was definitely a hit. Great service, food came out quick and hot, not to mention the folks working the drive thru made the experience a “fire” experience! See what I did there as a play on sauce?

The staff were very welcoming and had pride in their jobs. The manager asked me how my day was and had a conversation with me. They were out of the drink I wanted and I was given a coupon for free food for the inconvenience. The food was very good. The restaurant was clean.

I enjoy Taco Bell’s food, but I eat at this specific Taco Bell two or three times a month because of travel for work and they are always out of something. Once it was mild sauce, another time it was napkins, several times it was Baja Blast, and once it was both Baja Blast AND Dr. Pepper. Whoever is doing inventory management should be fired. Half the time they make substitutions without even saying that they’re out of something or asking if it’s okay.

I’m not sure why but this location always messes up my drive through order. I’m not talking about side items either. like whole combos have been missing. Check your bag before you leave.
Update. Once again I went through the drive through and once again they didn’t give me everything I ordered. Needed to pick something up quick to get my daughter something to eat before bed and her Burritos were missing. I worked fast food jobs I get it. Things happen. BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME? COME ON.

The people that work here are absolutely horrible especially the manager. We ordered the cinnamon twists and they tasted like the old grease. So my mom told them and when my mom said something she the manager said nasty we change it twice a day. The bathroom was horrible also it looked like it wasn’t cleaned. It was a bad experience all around. You need different management and new workers!!!
