We stopped in for a late lunch. The food was flavorful and serving sizes were excellent! We had the kings memorial combo and the comida deluxe. The flavors on these dishes were excellent! A little heat and a whole lot of flavor!
If I had to say one critique it would be that our service was pretty slow for a Monday around 2 pm. We were seated quickly but then it took a while for our waitress to greet us. Our drinks were slow to come and then we had to flag our waitress back down to place our order when we were ready. I do give her credit though. After that she stayed on top of our drinks. She also held back one of our dishes until the other adult at the table could rejoin us to keep the hit dish out of the childrens reach. I truly appreciate that!

The food is pretty standard TexMex. It all runs together in the middle. Yummy refried beans, brown rice, and enchiladas. The decor is a little kooky and it makes for a fun place to eat.

Chueys, a Tex-Mex restaurant is truly a standout in the area! The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the waiters are attentive without being intrusive. The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It feels unique to the area and offers something special you won’t find just anywhere. Portions and pricing are very fair for the quality you receive. We’ll definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my visit to Chuey’s! I was nervous since reading reviews made it sound otherwise, but I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent food, atmosphere, and service! We went on a Monday night, and it was still somewhat busy, but all aspects of the service were efficient. Consideration of our preferred dining location was taken when being seated. We immediately had complimentary chips (thin style tortilla chips) and salsa (fresh, a lot of lime). We ordered queso, chicken quesadillas, and the Elvis special. For drinks we had one house margarita and one iced tea. Came to a total of about $43 for everything before tip (see pics, some happy hour prices). Our server Courtney was very attentive and made sure we were happy with each course, and we were never low on drinks or food. We will definitely be back!

First time in. Colorful decor throughout. Greeted and seated promptly. Menu is short and sweet. They have “Hatch” chilies. Yummy. We didn’t wait long for our food. Waitress advised to not touch the plate because of the heat. Wife had the deluxe chicken enchilada plate with green tomatilla sauce,and I had the Elvis combo. Prices were reasonable.Plenty of parking all the way around the building.

My mom and I tried Chuy’s tonight! The service was great! Our waitress name was Kayla, and she was very attentive. She checked in on us quite often and gave us to go drinks when we left! However the food my mom and I received was quite bland. I got the chicken quesadillas and my mom got beef tacos. There was no flavor in our food. When I asked for hot sauce, we were told they didn’t carry hot sauce (which I thought was weird), and they have a house sauce I could try. The house sauce was also pretty bland. I will say the frozen margarita I had was delicious! If I were to come back, I would only get a margarita and maybe some chips and queso.

I was extremely disappointed about the meal that I ordered. The soft tacos were bland, no seasoning, and lukewarm! The tortilla bread had a weird aftertaste! The rice was dry and bland! Refried beans tasted burnt and were flavorless! Just awful! I WILL NEVER RETURN! TOO much money spent on THIS bland generic meal. The Coke Zero was the best thing about this horrible experience! Server very nice

We loved that they were heavy handed with their protein; mine was chicken and his was steak. The refried beans and queso are full of flavor. You can choose you level of spicy for almost every meal. The tortillas were the perfect thickness, too!

Great first experience! The good was amazing and drinks as well. Had Margarita on tap raspberry flavored and it was delicious. Definitely going back again!
