Ordered a loaded 12 inch cold cut banh mi. The butter and pâté quality is excellent.
Decent value although it is their long bread I don’t feel the circumference or thickness is as thick as 6 inch sandwich.
Taste is good. I would return. Note I have been eating banh mi since I was a kid and old enough to remember.

Honestly, one of the best Banh Mi I had in a while, it’s a little bit of a wait, but it worth it for the freshly toasted bread and the ingredients are fresh. They also offer lots of dessert and side options. Would highly recommend.

Solid. The coffee was strong. The sandwiches are tasty. The value is good. Picture below shows loaded vs not loaded. I got the lemongrass rib eye, lemongrass pork, lemon grass sausage, and a bunch of 6″ cold cuts. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Will be back to try the rest of the menu.

I ate this before I remembered a photo and it was so good. I had the grilled lemongrass beef banh mi, pricing is reasonable for the size of banh Mi and the filling was perfect in ratio to the bun. I’m so glad I finally had the chance to come and try this place and it did not disappoint. I can’t wait to return to try other items on the menu. Had the iced coffee and nem chua too and they were both so good. I brought some of the nem chua to my parents who are pretty particular with their nem and they said it’s one of best ones they have tried, and they’ve tried a lot in their Viet community!

We got their current special – 6 inches (loaded) cold cut banh mi for $5 each to see it’s not even 5 inches long??? I’m not sure what the difference is between loaded and regular…but we did get a slice of pork belly that I don’t remember we had last time when we got the regular. Also asked for spicy but it wasn’t.

Came by this spot yesterday for the second time, and honestly, the bánh mì here is really good. I don’t usually leave reviews unless something’s bad, but this place deserves a 5 star. The store was busy as always, but when it got to my turn, the cashier was friendly and took good care of my order. The guy with the hat usually helps me out — you can tell he actually cares about the food and what’s going on in the kitchen.
I’ve been to plenty of other places where the service or quality just isn’t there, but here it feels different — fair prices, fresh ingredients, and the taste is on point. I had bánh mì twice with their coffee, and I’ll definitely try something else next time I’m in town.
Overall, never disappointed so far. As someone who really loves bánh mì, I’d say this is one of the best I’ve had. Pretty sure it’s Viet-owned too, and the flavor totally reflects that. Keep it up and thank you

This little Banh Mi is making fresh when ordering. So be patient to your tasty order. They can provide chilly and spice on the side which is thoughtful! We ordered the pork sausage Banh Mi and it is tasty. The bread is soft and not hard crust. The green coconut layered dessert is chewy and optimal sweetness and coconut flavour. Yummy!

There was some miscommunication while placing my order but once I got my food and drink, the mishap was forgotten. The pork bologna sandwich and the coffee with condensed milk tasted delicious! This store is next to a mall entrance, 1CF7.
