Whoever she is I guess the manager wearing a burgundy hat was extremely rude in her approach and demeanor! I understand there busy but you still had to professional and respectful to your customers! Someone needs to teach her how to talk!!

I’m usually not huge on sandwich shops (like subway) unless I need something fast, and I’d never had JJ before, but I quite liked the speed, helpfulness in choosing my sandwich and general overall service. I only gave the food a four cuz sandwiches aren’t my first choice, anywhere, but that’s personal preference and not to say it’s low quality or anything. Overall definitely worth grabbing in a pinch!

We were cut off by one of their drivers in a silver Toyota corolla that almost caused a 3 car accidents while he decided to zoom through a roundabout without even stopping for the other three cars ahead of him making all three of us slam on our brakes to avoid an accident, while he kept going and turned right into the store in warp speed, i called the store and asked to talk to a manager, the person answering the phone was really nice and asked me to hold as he get the manager on the phone, the manager(MAYBE) answered, asked what he can do and when I asked who I talking too(name) that’s when It got interesting, completely refused to give his name asking why I need a name, explained that I need to know who I am talking to and like any business you call you should know who you are talking too and also because that driver was dangerous and could cause harm to someone and I would like to address it with their corporate office if needed , he got very defensive and said they do not need to provide a name to anyone and I told him that I will take it with corporate if needed and if I have too will notify the local law enforcement, he said I am making stuff up just to get a name. Basically if you are a store manager and refuse to give your name out, you are in the wrong position, you represent the store and that’s a very bad representation. I will be contacting their corporate office on Monday when they open up and my ccomplain will be more about the business image they are giving out while addressing how dangerous and reckless their delivery drive was. I used to cater both of my business events from Jimmy John’s, but I promise you that you want see a penny from me and from anyone I know . People like your manager who represent you company is giving a bad image about your hard workings employees . Hope the manager read this review and if he doesn’t I hope that corporate reach out and coach him on he should handle talking to customers even if they are in the wrong.

Update: I got a phone call from the store number , it was the driver, asking about the location,
1) pls read the review above
2) have you done it so many times you don’t even remember where it happened ?

Wow, that is interesting

I asked for extra hot peppers and I literally only got 5 pieces of it and I asked for pickles and didn’t have any on my sandwich. There are other jimmy johns in the area that will actually make the sandwich you asked for.

I ordered a tuna sandwich right at 845 closing time and picked up during my work lunch. Opened it and there was barely any Tuna or mayo. It was a holiday and waited Monday to call. They were rude and said why I waited until now to call. The lady who gave me the sandwich probably was the manager. When I called to ask for.the manager and she said she was the manager. When I told her what happened, she gave the phone to her manager. He told me they usually pit a scoop. That was no scoop. I ordered before and I know there weren’t much Tuna. I remembered when she handed me the sandwich, it was poorly wrap.

I’ve been a loyal Jimmy John’s customer for several years, but lately, my experiences have been disappointing at the Eagan location. Over the past few visits, there’s consistently been something missing—whether it’s the cheese I paid extra for, a bag of chips, or the side of Kickin’ Ranch. I never filed a complaint because each issue has been spaced out and felt too minor to make a fuss over. But now it’s becoming a pattern, and it’s frustrating that attention to detail seems to be slipping.

There have also been times I’ve gone through the drive-thru and was handed just a wrapped sandwich—no bag, no napkins, no offer to include them. It feels strange not to even be asked, especially for a takeout order.

What pushed me over the edge was my most recent visit. The woman at the drive-thru was kind, but when I went to pay with my credit card, she asked if I wanted to add a tip. That genuinely made me angry. I didn’t say anything to her besides “No, thank you.”

Tipping in America was intended to support servers earning less than minimum wage—not for drive-thru transactions where no additional service is being provided beyond handing over a sandwich. To have a cash tip jar hanging out the window and be asked “would you like to add a tip to your total” is too much. The tipping culture has gotten out of control, and this reflects poorly on Jimmy John’s as a brand because they must not be paying their workers a liveable wage.

Please do better. Double check orders before handing them out the window. “Freaky Fast” is great, but not when the orders aren’t correct. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about missing items or being guilted into tipping for a basic takeout transaction.

Came in to buy the new caprese sandwich and was excited as I work at another sub shop and we don’t carry this one. I bought the biggest size just for one of the main ingredients the mozzarella to be missing and the balsamic glaze which quite literally makes the sandwich what it is. When I called and asked for a refund I got attitude because I wouldn’t take store credit, and I could hear the guy talking foul about me to his co workers. Some staff you got working there.

I went through the drive-through, and ordered a number one on sliced wheat bread, and there was barely any mayonnaise on it and the bread was all crinkled up like it had been mushed up in the bag, I know it all goes down in the same place, but you like your meal to look fairly decent, I mean it, barely covered up the meat. It just didn’t taste right at all and I was there last week and it was really really good so I don’t know who it was tonight that did it but they flew through it really quick.
