It’s the only Chinese we eat. I’ve never gotten Chinese this goods anywhere especially the chow mein. This is the best Chinese you will ever have.

Stopped in for a quick late lunch. Quick service, very reasonable price. Chicken fingers were a little dry, reheated? And the pork fried rice tasted burnt. Not their usual fare. We will try again soon.

I drive 45 minutes to have their food. The best!!! Their egg rolls are made with celery, not cabbage and you actually get pork and shrimp inside them. Fried rice very flavorful and brown not yellow! Been going here for over 30 years. One of the same cooks from the original China Village…worth the drive!!!

I absolutely HATE leaving negative reviews but I have to. Usually everything is great but this order was atrocious! First I had to explain to the girl taking the order what steamed chicken and mixed veggies was. I’ve ordered this many times and never had a problem. From there she seemed to want to rush me off the phone but I had more to order. I got the food and it was terrible. The sweet & sour chicken had almost no sauce on it. There was also no container of sauce as it usually comes. The shrimp and garlic sauce had no garlic taste and the veggies were burnt. The crab Rangoon tasted funny, as if it were fried in a weird oil. We also only received one container of rice rather than 2-3.
Everything about this was BAD. I don’t know if there is a new cook in the kitchen or if they’ve cheapened the product but it was bad enough that I may not return again.

I’ve ordered from here numerous times over the past few years. The orders are always correct, the food tastes fresh, and the staff are courteous. I mostly order take-out and I never have to wait longer than 15 minutes for my order.

Not real pleased with the meal, won’t eat here again The Volcano was like drinking punch, dumplings (steamed) we’re a tasteless and very thick and gummy. WONTON soup was salty and very little flavor, though it was pretty. Cabbage with pork was good but the fried rice along side of it was just warm. The server was pleasant and asked how we liked our meal. Offered replacements. Atmosphere was typical

Estimated pick up time was 5:45, food was not ready until close to 6pm. When I got home, it was missing Chicken Terryaki. I had to drive 15 minutes back to go get the missed order and 15 minutes back home. Needless to say, they were cold. Disappointed that all they gave me was an excuse for not calling me due to the land line not working. They apologized, but did not do anything to make up for the inconvenience to me. Not sure I will order again. Giving a 3 star, because at least the food tastes good. Not impressed with the fried rice or lo main either. Everything else was fine.

As good as ever. We were so looking forward to dinner as we can’t find good Chinese food in our town in CA. Chen’s did not let us down. They have the best duck sauce in the country and the egg rolls are the best too.
