Disgusting, unprofessional and rude. Cierra (identified herself as the day manager), refused to help me, tell me the general managers name and hung up on me. There was HAIR on my pizza and HAIR in my chicken wing. See pictures below. I will never eat Papa John’s.

So I had 40 in cash she only had 10 dollars so I basically got robbed. The pizza wasn’t even cut I had to use my own pizza cutter. They have this heavy set girl deleving pizza poor girl had issues going down steps. I loved Papa John’s pizza but def don’t like this location. I tried to call management nobody answered. Smh

Had to cancel because they changed it from papa John’s delivery to door dash after the expected delivery time. Pizza was made and ready for over an hour and still had not left the store. I was a regular with papa Johns but will never order anything from any papa John’s location ever again.

One large Pep pizza ordered for delivery. Arrived late (abt 15 min past latest time stated, so abt an hour) and cold. It also looked and tasted like the pizza had been sitting and then was reheated before it left the store. And…the large, gross pizza was very overpriced at $30 delivered:(

No issues ordering takeout. Staff gets you in and out quickly. Pizza is what I expect from Papa John’s and that’s a good thing. Seems like a reliable location that I’ll frequent when I have a taste for Papa John’s. Solid all around.
