Chain pizza that is actually okay. Ingredients are fresh and the pizza is flavorful, yet not greasy. A bit more crisp and cheese may bring the pizza to the next level. Next time I may ask for extra crisp and extra cheese. That may be a winner. Overall. Better than the large chain pizza places for sure. Just not quite on par with some local places I enjoy more that are located a ways north of here.

Just walked out of donatos it was a lack of hospitality and it seems like someone doesn’t like their job his name is Carter. I walked in around 5:50 p.m. in a good mood ,just to walk right out because of the negative energy he was given off. I asked him how things were going he never responded so I asked him again hey mumboot something never looked up at me. These are the type of people you got representing your business good luck

tip is always added on without me adding it. pizza is never cut always have to cut it at home and my bread sticks never have sauce with them.

Might have been kitchen bias towards the gluten free or the onions were forgotten the first bake and they were added with a couple minute toast in the oven. Completion time was 10 min later than what was said in the email. Need to drop the price to meet the quality. Reg crust pizza was not missing pieces when the box was opened.

Upon arriving parking lot was empty. Walked inside was not greeted but was smacked in the face with massive heat. When approached by employee, said employee confessed to not having air conditioning in the area for customers. When ordering, employee stated they did long offer fountain drinks so the combo meals were no avaliable but they were on the menu. Employee stated they do not have upgraded menus. Employee seemed annoyed to even have us be there. We wanted dine in but had to do take out due to hot atmosphere in customer areas.

Take out pizza not cut all the way thru, order was wrong, when paying card reader keep adding a tip I was told pizza would be ready in 20 minutes I arrive in 15 minutes but had to wait a additional 25 minutes one pizza was burned and one not sliced thru had to recut pizza was not the usual it was just ok very disappointing as donatos is our favorite place for pizza this was 2nd time in a month where I had some type problem one wrong order when I got home and now this problem might try LaRosa next time

Food was good. A little well done on the underside of the cheesebread. Very friendly staff and I was helped right away. My gripe is this; how do you have a sit -down pizza place with no fountain drinks anymore in a newly renovated space?

The interior was filthy..all tables but one had not been cleaned. The keyboard of the clerk at the checkout counter was nasty. They were all out of syrups except for one for their drink machine. Napkins laid on counter in a bag instead of loaded into napkin dispenser. No paper towels in bathroom.

Awful! Got a store credit from a different donatos where they told me I could use this credit at any location and this Burlington store would not honor it. Pathetic!
