Why is the portion size so much smaller when ordering on the app than dining in?
I only weigh 158 pounds, but I still didn’t get full even though I ordered the bigger plate.

Every time I try to give them a chance it reminds me why I don’t like this location. I came in to pick up my order and was told it will be 5 more mins. No problem right? Well that same person bagged up my order and then just sat it down and started helping someone else. Like seriously? Well I get home to be extremely pissed when I opened my food container. I ordered a bowl, white rice, black pepper chicken. I got a full bowl of rice, chunks of onion and a few pieces of chicken. This was my last time ever coming to this location.

I have visited several locations and this was my 1st time (and last) at this location and I always get the same thing, honey walnut shrimp. They literally counted out 7 shrimp, I asked why and she said thats the limit…. Seriously any other location piles the shrimp on but this location is counting the damn shrimp. All that rice and lo mein and 7 freaking shrimp. Panda Express y’all have to do better than that. If all I wanted was lo mein I could have went and purchased a side.

Orange chicken was hard, the meat i got was 90% broccoli 10% meat. I came today & 09/13 & both times the hispanic guy with black glasses that be on the line always got an attitude, can’t even do his job right and then gets mad as if it’s our fault that HE makes mistakes on the orders. If you don’t like your job, quit. It’s not our fault he can’t do his job right.
