I was very disappointed I used the app to order ahead to give them time to make it fresh. When I arrived they were nice and walked me through the process of changing in. Then stated it will be out as soon as it is ready. My YES it’s going to be hot and fresh. NO I got home and took a bite. Cold cheese not melted greasy burger didn’t even cover the bun. Made my stomach upset from one bite. I wish our Sonic could get it together. This is what I ended up with .

Update: most of the card readers and screens are broken or non-working. Mobile ordering seems to be nonfunctional at this location (as of Dec 2021) as well.
While the food is just like what you’d get at any Sonic, the service is often very slow here. Sometimes they give you the wrong flavor of drink, and sometimes they don’t put in condiments. But it’s almost always slower than you’d like, and that hasn’t changed for years.

I ordered online with a set time to pick it up and I still had to wait 10 once I checked in. Then my order was wrong. I live 28 miles away. I was in a rush and didn’t check before I left the parking lot. I was 15 miles out before I found it my order was NOT what I ordered. $10 wasted! This sonic is always BAD. Not the first bad experience I’ve had here. The food sucks and the orders are usually wrong. Service isn’t do great either. I shan’t eat there again.

Horrible service. Only customers they had and we were missing part of our meal. They informed us we didn’t pay for the meals when they were clearly repeated back to us when ordering. Still not exactly sure what we paid for but our total didn’t match what was in our bag. Whoever the supervisor was on 11/4 at around 6:15 pm clearly does not know what customer service is! I would have happily paid the additional cost for the tots and drinks if I knew what I had paid for to begin with!

This place puts customer service last. We ordered our food and waited for an extremely long time when it didn’t show up I rang the red button and asked if we was going to get our food. She answers “I don’t know what did you order?” I gave her the order again and she asked did you have the order of mozzarella sticks?. We never got our food
We again went here for a late lunch and about a third of the order stalls were broken the person taking our order was confused and we had to keep repeating our order. Also they were out of co2 and had no carbonated beverages

This is meant to be constructive feedback in an attempt to help the customer experience for the next out of towner or really just any customer looking for a good, quick, warm meal. We ordered 3 hamburgers and 3 tots….no drinks. Not one of the hamburgers had the correct condiments as requested, even after confirming a second time with order taker. We ordered just one cheese tot and 2 plain and received 2 cheese and 1 plain. The gal was happy to take back the incorrect tots, but took another 7-10 minutes to bring out the correct item (plain tots)! With ALL this being said, it’s doubtful my brother-in -law will ever come thru again! I, however, would be happy to give it another try to see if online reviews and feedback really make an impact on Customer Service! I believe in second chances and I’m hopeful this review will help out down the road!

My carhop was Great! But I ordered through the app and sat there for 20mins to get my food. I pushed the button to see where my food was and then I saw the person slam my food down. It was cold like it had been setting for awhile.

So my family and I stopped by at 6pm today sun July 30. My brother in law was ordering and instead of asking what else they could get us she keep trying to tell us the total. We preceded to order anyways, i saw that they have advertised the dunked bourbon chicken sandwich. So I ordered a combo. The ordertaker was confused when we ordered that. She asked if we wanted the wings and brother in law said no the dunked sandwich. And she said ok all unsure like, rang us up for an ultimate chicken which cost like $2 more. And she continued to rush us and total us out and we weren’t even done ordering. We finally finished and ended up paying like $32. And I got the wrong chicken sandwich, my brother-in-law didn’t get his drink, the onion rings tasted terrible, and to top it all off the carhop read us what we had off our receipt and then didn’t give us our copy. So we we noticed we were missing a drink we could ask for another because we had no proof that we had ordered or payed for it. I’m am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food.

I stopped in for a “quick” lunch yesterday on my way out of town. I ordered 1 Jr burger and it took 20 minutes to be delivered. After starting on the road I opened the sack a few minutes later and found a burger that was refrigerator cold with un melted cheese, so much ketchup and mustard that it dripped out of the bun. There was no napkin provided in the bag. Needles to say the garbage can got an ice cold burger, what a waste of food . While there may not be many other food choices in town I will frequent them not sonic.

I don’t frequent CG Sonic often because they have become pretty slow with service, but the last two times I’ve gone I have gotten food poisoning. Please, please, please make sure your food is cooked thoroughly and your kitchen is sanitized.
