Absolutely terrible experience, we ordered a takeaway on new years eve at 7.15pm, recieved an email to say the meal would be 85 minutes, my partner turned up to collect the meal at 8.45, to be told it would be 10 minutes, he went back in 10 minutes later to be told it will be 10 minutes, he returned 10 minutes later to be told it would be another 10 minutes, finally he returned home at 9.20, with the food. Over 2 hours after we had ordered thd food, there was another man in the restaurant collecting take away and was expecting it to be delivered an hour later, but they forgot to deliver it and he turned up to collect it, he was also waiting 2 hours for his food. He tried to call the restaurant and no one aswered the phone, he was advised when he got to the restaurant that they werent taking any phone calls !!, The service is appalling, obviously the restaurant was busy as it was new years ever, but if you can’t deliver or provide customers food on time, then maybe on special occasions you should consider, a dine in option only as you clearly can’t cope with lots of take aways and deliver customers expectations, I used to really rate Tiffins. But this is the final time I will order from Tiffins. The food was also mediocre to be honest, the chicken was tough and the chicken tikka had no flavour. I will be going to abingdon spice from now on.

Malik, Hossain, Dani and the rest of their team excelled again. The staff were friendly helpful and attentive without being over bearing. Superb service excellent food and service. Their chef is amazing and catered for all our requests and more. Chilli bhajis phal curries just superb.

Went early evening on a Saturday so was very quiet. Drinks served quickly, food also arrived quickly and was delicious! Lots of vegetarian options to choose from. One of the nicest tasting Indian meals I’ve had. All at a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend.

Must be a new team. very covid safe, impeccable service and warm welcome. Every detail was incredibly fresh and of high quality! Nice specialties which appear authentic. Get king prawns and Peshawari naan!

Express Business Lunch is misleading and misinformed scam, they advertise one thing on the leaflet and provide something else. We ordered two express business lunch for home delivery, Leaflet clearly says they do free home deliver above £12(see image, £13 in total). they refused to do it. Also there is two side and two main dishes. but they gave me portions of just side dishes. I spoke to manager , he was evasive and did not care to bother. If they are not making money out of it then they should not advertise wrongly, this is clear scam. Very disappointed!!! Would recommend others to avoid this restaurant as they don’t have principles or ethics in business.

Bit pricey, but amazing halal food, haven’t tried such yummy food in a restaurant before. V. Few people know how to give flavour to a potato without burning spices. Fabulous.

Cannot comment on the atmosphere in house as i have never eaten in, however last week i decided to try a Tiffins delivered. I can honestly say after having another one tonight its the best curry ive had. Delivered on time when they said it would be..turned up nice and hot, decent portions and the food very flavourful. My new go to for an indian take out. Will look forward to eating in and meeting the team! Compliments to the chef!
