I love jimmy Johns. However this past Friday I ordered from the Onalaska wi location at 8:42 pm and I thought they closed at 10 pm. They never delivered my food and drink. Contacted them and they won’t do shit. The manager i talk to said she will get back to me soon as she talks to the manager who was working that night. I want my $16 dollars refunded!

sandwiches are consistent, employees have good attitudes, a delivery guy was working, clean store, bathrooms were well maintained, parking is readily available, you might have to walk through 2-3 rows of cars but theres always parking (the distance is no different than parking at Target or Walmart and walking in).

Ordered my food online, and they constantly come to our office to deliver. The time stamp stated 11:15 to 11:30 am. I called at 11:45 wondering where my food was. The person who answered knew my order wasn’t delivered because he said the manager knew about this. He handed the phone right over. The manager, Zach, directly said I am not sure what happened to your order it was sent 15 minutes ago. If you knew this, why did you not try to contact me or at least try to get the food out ASAP. Why did you have to wait for me to call you. It is not my fault you guys got busy. I ordered my food before your store even opened. There is no excuse. You could have at least comp me for the food to actually show you cared. I have been in customer service for many years, and how your manager handled it was not cool. We give your business lots of business, and now I am going to rethink where I will be ordering from now on. Thanks, but no thanks. You definitely lost a customer.

They said they did not have a delivery driver so they of uber eats. Took them 2 hours to get are food here. When I did call all she could say is that she is sorry. I will never order from here again worst Jimmy johns I have have ever ordered from. Just to wait for 2 hours to get are food and my bf order 2 turkey sandwiches with lettuce and mayo my bf takes a bite of a lettuce and mayo sandwich. No meat on it. Call them and they can’t refund us are money. Cause they don’t do that. So we got robbed 20 dollars

This Jimmy jons is right next door to a much better option for lunch. Instead of hard chewy bread and average sandwich selections go next door to Burrachos. Burrachois a fresh prepared Mexican fast food restaurant that makes amazing lunch dinner and catering option. Skip the plain sub for the burracho!
