Went there on Valentine’s Day to get a sub because I’ve been feeling under the weather and try to use a coupon in the app and the lady that checked me out said yeah it works and I said oh OK. Well, when I gave her the money to pay she was like oh no, it’s full price and I was like well how here’s a coupon like it was just embarrassing and unprofessional. If someone has a coupon, you should honor the coupon like I don’t understand I’ve called and left a message. No one has returned my call.

Paige & Triston, Are excellent with their customer service & their sandwich making. They are what “Subway” Employees should strive to be. They were polite friendly very courteous they even explain to me about my coupon which was two subs for $12.99 and they also informed me of the ones that wasn’t permitted on the coupon sale. just left there a little bit ago. The mobile app would not work for the foot long special, and after I explained the issue they were awesome enough to giver a similar deal for my purchase which was very appreciated. And it always smells so good walking in there.

We stopped in this evening before heading to the movies and decided to grab a bite to eat… there was an employee there named Frank, I couldn’t believe how friendly and professional, also he was very particular the way he made our sandwiches…. you could tell he was making the sandwiches as if he was making them for himself!! Tonight was probably one of the best experiences we’ve ever had down here and we come here quite a bit!! By the way they have the best dining room ever…. it’s always a pleasure coming in and enjoying a meal. THANK YOU!!

I was behind two people, who ordered three subs. I stood there for 10 minutes. The two employees didn’t even make eye contact with me, much less greet me. Someone came in the drive through and one of the workers took their order and immediately started making it. I said “Should I have gone through the drive through?” The other employee looked at me but still didn’t say a word. I said “This is really rude.” and I left. Lesson here: Don’t spend your money at a place that doesn’t care. Save it for the ones that do.

Today, my family had attended doctors appointments all day and wanted to end the night with an easy dinner : subway . This location locked their doors 30 minutes early and watched us through the window, refusing to take our order. We were very surprised and disappointed , as we were very excited for our subs .

I walked in literally just a few minutes before they were about to close, and asked the young man working if I bought a cookie or something would be possibly be able to sell me a few pickles?! (I know, I know SUPER random, but hey, I am currently pregnant, and was craving some pickles!). I had stopped at three other places, with subway being my last hope! The first two places were closed and the third place (McDonald’s) tole me no they wouldn’t sell me any! This young man was SO nice; he just gave me a little cup of pickles and didn’t even charge me, or make me buy anything! I frequent this location pretty often since l live only a few streets away; and normally when you walk in the door anywhere just a few minutes before closing, the workers are not exactly thrilled! But he was so friendly and nice! I really appreciated the kind gesture, and my pregnancy craving was satisfied!! 🙂

The one with microphone on her head was talking about something being creepy. A young man was doing an internet order.

Finally I asked if I was invisible.
The one with the microphone said I’m washing my hands to help you. This is after standing like a statue for about 4 minutes.
I told her that with four employees they should dedicate someone to helping customers that walk in the store.
She said if I did not like it she could refuse it and I could leave.
I expressed four employees and not one acknowledged me to take an order in four minutes was terrible. Then ask me to leave! WOW
Must be doing a booming business.
Informed all of my employees in Massillon and canton not to go to this location.
