Yum! Easy online ordering and pay while I’m at work, makes for a nice healthy lunch. I just walk in at my scheduled time I picked and it’s ready, I’ve never had to wait. I got the Caribbean Jerk chicken wrap meal with a side of kale apple slaw and a large Bahama momma smoothie, all for only $13. The Caribbean jerk wrap was super spicy, made my ears burn, but it was so full of flavor and delicious! Kale apple slaw tasted really good, crunchy and had a flavorful sauce. Definitely my new favorite go to restaurant for lunch. Another visit, had the Supergreen Caesar salad, which was very good! I loved the little parmesan crisps in the salad, flavorful.

App offers curbside service. The short ride man is always angry I order it. He brought it out last week yelled at me I couldn’t even understand what he said and today I had to go inside and get my smoothie he said when I asked do you not offer curbside he yelled at me and said no they were supposed to take that off the app. How is a person using the app supposed to know that. Put up a sign in the window if it isn’t. He is the only one that does not do it. Other employees do honor the app feature. He could politely say we don’t offer this service please next time do not select it. No he yells at the customer

Took my daughter for a smoothie date and when we walked in I saw 4 people working and not one of them greeted us. None of them were friendly. Our food was fine, but while we were sitting and eating one of the girls was dusting above all the tables and where food was being prepared. Nothing was being wiped down afterwards and I felt bad for whoever was getting that food because she dusted right above it. Nothing hand washing. The one male that was working there was time for him to clock out and when he left the girls working there were making fun of him as soon as he left. It was very sad to see and hear. They couldn’t have cared less that we were there. We won’t be back or support a company that hires people like this.

This place sucks. They don’t always mess up my order but when they do it’s so frustrating because I don’t know about it until I get home and look at my food. I shouldn’t have to check my food before I leave the restaurant because of incompetent employees.
I always get the cali breakfast flatbread. Usually it’s fine but every 4th or 5th time I get it, it’s messed up. Last time it was messed up, I asked for no meat and they still put chicken on it when I specifically stated in the app NO PROTEIN. This time when I got it, it just had eggs? No cheese, no avocado, no chipotle like it’s supposed to. JUST EGGS. Are you serious? On top of that, the flatbread was BURNT!
Quit hiring people who don’t bother to follow simple instructions. Someone with an allergy is going to get sick because of your employees not caring. Also every girl worker I’ve ever talked to in there is so rude! This café is horrible. I’m done with this place.

I didn’t realize Tropical Smoothie Cafe has healthy wraps. This is wonderful. A healthy alternative to other restaurants in the area. A definite lunch place.

Every time we go here it’s a terrible experience. They ALWAYS get the food wrong, they barely put any ingredients on the sandwiches or wraps and it’s ALWAYS low quality ingredients. Paid $30 for both flatbreads to look like this

Ayana B. was at the counter taking our order and was told multiple times that i wanted a caesar SALAD with extra tomatoes and extra caesar dressing ON THE SIDE. Clearly she doesn’t understand the POS system and i ended up with a gross and soggy caesar wrap…no extra sauce on the side either. On top of messing up my food order, my smoothie wasn’t properly blended and had big chunks of ice in it so i couldn’t properly drink through my straw. Plus, no receipt to prove what i ordered wasn’t what was made?

Food is good and smoothies are always consistent and good. For some reason the older guy working today was very rude upon delivering my smoothie to me. He threw my smoothie on the counter and said here you go and walked off without acknowledging whose smoothie it was or what it was. It wasn’t busy and he wasn’t the person who took my order so no way he could’ve known it was my order so he was just normally that rude. There were other customers there who just looked at me and then the guy feeling weird because he was so blatantly rude for no reason. The girls there have always been nice and I never had any issues before and even the girl who took my order looked apologetically at me for the guys rude behavior. If I ever see him again I’ll just walk out before putting myself in that weird situation again.
