Never been here. Nice workers. Clean. Not too busy. Decent place. Large eating area. The cooks need a little work on their burger setup and presentation. A little messy. Still taste good, but messy.

We went through the drive thru in the morning for lunch and then came back in the afternoon for dinner before heading back south. We filled out the survey on the receipt for a free dilly bar, then filled out the 2nd receipt for another one so I had 2 free bars just for taking the survey. Great concept and worth the 2 minutes to fill it out.

It took about a half hour to get our food. When we asked for condiments for our hot dogs, they wanted to charge us for them. They didn’t have packets of mustard or ketchup supposedly. The kid giving us our food was pretty oblivious to condiments. Also almost all the sodas were out. They had no diet or zero sugar soda.

This location is awful. Every time we try it again we regret it every time. I don’t even think that they train their employees. The first issue (as seen in other reviews) is the speaker. You have to repeat yourself multiple times and end up yelling and then it seems like the employees are frustrated with you. We ordered a mini blizzard, a twist with sprinkles, and a sundae. Probably a 20 minute wait. We get the blizzard…wait…someone different comes to the window and asks if we got the blizzard yet and I say yes. They walk away. I get the cone from someone else…another wait period. The original person comes to the window and asks if I got the cone and I say yes. Then they bring me a completely different blizzard and I say we already got the correct one we’re waiting on the sundae. More waiting. Finally get the blizzard. They need to either have someone who actually knows what they’re doing train these people or just shut this place down. No one ever seems to know what is going on. They’re flustered and always running around in there. It’s a hot mess. We decided that was the last time we’ll visit. Good luck if you decide to visit.

I was in search of a place to do a custom ice cream cake. Not only does Dairy Queen do them, they went above and beyond for me to make sure the cake was exactly how I wanted it. They reached out and asked questions and showed me photos. It was an easy process and the cake came out so great! Highly recommend using them for your ice cream cake needs!

I decided to give this location another try after a disappointing experience at a nearby one, and I’m so glad I did. The service was incredibly fast, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh and excellent. This team clearly cares about what they’re doing, and it shows. This visit completely changed my impression—this location knocked it out of the park.
Decided to try this location yesterday. The employee who took my order was somewhat short over the comms. Continued to say she couldn’t understand me even though I was speaking loud and clear. I understand she may have had a issue on her end and I would have overlooked it but when I pulled up the employee who took my money and handed me my first of two blizzards was not friendly at all. The service was slower than what I am accustomed to at other locations. The restaurant itself looked nice from the outside I think from the service and blizzard quality it takes away from the charm.

Terrible rude management. They have no idea how to act professional. They don’t know how to even treat their own employees. Management needs to grow up and stop lying and blaming others for their wrong doing. Start treating their customers and employees better.

Took forever to even take my order even when I was the only person there. I figured they were busy but no all 3 girls were just gossiping in a circle. Took their time even after making eye contact with Me. Good thing im only passing through and I won’t have to come to this place again.

I don’t know what happened, this place used to be amazing growing up. But now, there’s barely any candy in the blizzards. I just tried an Oreo Fudge Brownie. Finally had a bunch of mixin’s because it has like 3 things. But then I get down just under half way through my ice cream, and now it’s vanilla with nothing mixed in.
