I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Mexican restaurant. I attempted to place a takeout order in person, but was told that because their online ordering system was down, they would not accept any takeout orders unless they were placed online. Despite being physically present and ready to order and pay, I was refused service.
What made the situation worse was that I was not offered any reasonable alternative. I was told I could either dine in or place an online order for takeout—yet their online system was not functioning. When I asked if they could simply take my order at the counter for takeout, staff firmly declined without explanation or any attempt to accommodate.
The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or show any understanding, the staff repeatedly stated, “No service, we will not serve,” in a rude and abrupt manner. There was no effort to provide customer support or suggest a solution.
I understand that businesses have policies and operational challenges, but completely refusing service to a customer who is present and willing to order—especially due to an internal technical issue—is unacceptable. Customer service and flexibility go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was demonstrated during this visit.
I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled in the future, as this experience left a very negative impression.

Chips and Salsa better than most . Chile Verde luscious! Rice not so much and Refried Beans (soupy, no flavor). Fajitas were good, just not much flavor. Beer was cold . I think a weekly grass cutting might help with customer’s first impression.

Just watch for the drive-thru median when pulling in, especially in the dark. Food was delicious. I love that they have a drive-thru, makes carry-out super easy and truly “on the go”. I didn’t have to get out and come in to pick up my order. Definitely my new favorite local Mexican restaurant! Give it a try.

Quick lunch with a reasonable price. In Staunton you can get to this restaurant very quickly and its not a crowded one. Which means, they will provide your food with reasonable time. The staff is very quick to assist you and the waitress treated me very politely and efficiently. I will always come back.

Love the carnitas plate here. The pork is tender and comes with 4 tortillas (get the corn tortillas), grilled onions, rice and beans. Try it with the salsa verde! The free salsa that comes with the chips is super delicious! The server I had was super nice and helpful as well.
