We were greeted as we walked in and immediately seated. We received chips and salsa & green salsa. Once we ordered,( street tacos and taco/ enchiladas we got our food in about 10 minutes – tastes great, service was great, will definitely go back!

We ate here for the first time this week and glad to find a decent tex mex spot closeish to home! The house happy hour margaritas were huge and strong enough for $6ish. My husband enjoyed both the complimentary salsas, I preferred the green, the red has a bit of smoky flavor. The chips were fresh and light. We also ordered the queso compuesto. I was expecting just a bit of avocado on top but there was a ton of avocado through your the dish! Which is always nice so we don’t have to fight over who gets to eat the avocado tease – no avocado tease here. I had the stuffed avocado with beef – the breading was light and when you cut into it there’s just a ton of oily gooey cheese that spills out, medium rare cooked tender bite size pieces of steak, all wrapped in avocado. I had the veggies instead of beans which were perfect. My husband the elote loco and enjoyed it. We both had leftovers and were able to enjoy those for a whole second meal the next night. Beyond a delicious meal, we were well taken care of from the time we walked through the door. Quickly seated, multiple drink and chip refills, and everyone was friendly. Thanks for a great experience and we look forward to visiting again soon!

So to be clear I went into this visit with low expectations, but was I let down for even that. Very nice looking place, clean, nice patio.. Ok, was starting to get good vibes. Until service started…. Two waiters asked us for drink orders, we ordered our jumbo Margarita’s. Keep in mind I try to enjoy at least one frozen margarita a day (keeps the doctor away), drinks come and definitely not the worst but nothing great as advertised in everyone else’s reviews. Food order time, my wife and I order but don’t get asked anything about the order (i.e. charro beans, black beans, refried, Spanish rice or cilantros rice. Zero options given or asked so we had to gamble they brought the right sides. Dice rolled, and luckily it was served as we wanted (refried beans and Spanish rice). Ok, pessimistic but didn’t look horrible, grabbed a bite of the beans and mood slightly lifted. Went for the rice and it was cold. Cheese was barely melted on the enchilada’s and the tortilla’s were saturated with grease. My wife’s chimichanga was saturated as well and her guacamole wasn’t good either. As a daily Mexican food eater I can say I will not be ever going back, and to boot… The kicker of it all, we asked for chips and salsa to go and they tried charging. Oh, shoot… I didn’t mention they had the worst chips I’ve ever had. I knock back 2-3 baskets of chips but didn’t even want to eat a third chip from here. Big Sombrero and 7 Leguas will definitely continue to get all my business

We were seated quickly for lunch and the service was excellent. We enjoyed every one of the dishes that we ordered as a large party and everything came exactly as we requested. I will definitely be back.

Super mediocre food, over priced and our server was in a rush the whole time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or will I be coming back. Giving 2 stars for the portions which was decent size, and the alcoholic beverages we got were decent. Would’ve been great if the food was actually good. Definitely not worth the price. Waiter also sounded like he had an attitude for everything we asked.

The food was really good and the wait staff extremely attentive. It took a little long to get our food, but it was worth the wait. Get the queso blanco, it’s delish. I ordered a salmon special with veggies that was superb. My son got the Chirozo asada, and he devoured it. If we’re on the area again we’d come back for sure.
