The young gentlemen in there were so nice. They helped me pick my choice of pizza, since it was my first time. They were so kind and accommodating! I got the veggie pizza and added chicken! It is so good with the ranch dip on the side! I really appreciate the service I received today! ❤️

Great pizza, not crazy expensive and heats up well for leftovers. Got it for lunch, and baked it in the oven next day, finished it off. If you like a thicker, yeasty crust, this place is for you. Or if you’re from the Detroit/Midwest area, and want that taste, good enough to remind of you home

$52 for Detroit style Hawaiian and a medium cheese pizza and delivery was to the incorrect address. Food was bland and just overall not worth the outrageous price. Better off over paying at hungry howies or spending the same money at Hawthornes or nearly anywhere else. I’m pretty disappointed with the quality and price. Don’t just take my word for it try for yourself but note the experience and maybe it was a one off. However first impression are lasting impressions. I wont be ordering from here again.

Scheduled a pickup at 5:30, 1 hour before the Super Bowl kicked off and they had it ready 5 minutes early. The placed was absolutely packed and they did a great job keeping up and providing excellent service during what is probably the busiest day of the year for them. Great job! And, the food was phenomenal!

Every pizza I have gotten has been delicious. I love the fact that you can choose the type of crust you get and how it is baked. I always get the garlic butter crust with the light bake. Perfect every time.

We ordered our pizza via text. The pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to the store in 40 minutes. The pizza was nowhere to be found by the person behind the counter. Another person came to check the computer after the first person said my pizza was not where it should be, and they determined that the pizza had been ordered, but I received no explanation as to why my food was not ready. They did offer to make my order again, but they did not offer anything to me for my inconvenience (had to wait an additional 20 minutes). We frequent this restaurant for the Detroit style pizza and we enjoy it, but they need to get their act together regarding their customer service. I cannot believe they did not apologize or offer anything to make it right.

Ordered the Detroit style deep dish pizza and it was absolutely delicious! I usually like NY style pizza from other local restaurants, but this pizza was sooo good and I was full after eating two slices. The workers were also well mannered and extremely nice. That ALWAYS makes my day!

I usually order my pizza online with Jet’s and go pick up. The last time I ordered I was having trouble with my online order, so I called in. The person I spoke with was so helpful and even helped me find a code. The 8 corner pizza is great, but my son and I love to get the two slice special as well! This is a great restaurant with great pizza and staff!

We love Jet’s but the last few months their delivery has been downhill and arrives cold. We order from their site but doordash delivered it at least once. Not sure if that’s what they use all the time but if that’s the case they should really put a seal on the pizza box like most other places do so we know it hasn’t been tampered with.
At least the food is usually good but on our most recent order 1/5 that wasn’t the case. We ordered 2 deep dish breads (both the same) and 1 was burnt. The other was cooked well but they must have cut it with a knife that had cinnamon and sugar on it. It tasted sweet and we could even see the cinnamon in the bottom of the box as shown in the 2nd picture.
