This place had some great reviews, so decided to come in sometime during my visit to Rosemary Beach. I wasn’t too hungry, so got just an appetizer, the crab cake. It was pretty good and it’s all I needed to make it through the night. My friend got the lentil soup and enjoyed every last drop. Should you come here?.. yes of course you should, even if I only tried one thing.

Stumbled upon this place walking around Rosemary Beach while visiting on vacation, the hosts were super sweet. We sat down and our waitress brought waters almost immediately and then disappeared for an unknown amount of time she seemed busy so it was fine. We ordered the “Joyce Farms Grilled Chicken” meal, Shrimp baked Oysters, and a side of the parmesan cheese grits. We needed our waters refilled almost the whole meal it took her until after the meals came to notice we had no water left. She seemed to help all the other table around us though, I remember a guy a few table down who had the same waitress he had to get help from the bar area because she wouldn’t check up on their table either and he made that loud and clear, sad that it wasn’t just us. Too bad i don’t remember her name but she was not positive whatsoever, did not seem to care about anyone who didn’t order wine it seemed like because any table that had wine she was at their table almost immediately asking if they needed more but it took so long just for my table to get a water? I was there April 16 around 8. The food on the other hand, not so good – would’ve rather had the Old fish house where we went the night before who had excellent service + food might i add, anywho half my chicken was raw, half my chicken seemed good, the mashed potatoes and the parmesan grits were the only two good things about the entire meal. The shrimp baked oysters weren’t the best, they were okay. You would think knowing that there is a lot of travelers coming to this town because it is all over social media they would have higher standards especially better competitors around them but oh well! Don’t take your money here, do not recommend unless you want crappy service and not the best food

Great experience at Edward’s. We got lucky and had no wait to sit outside, and were seated immediately. However, we sat for about 20 mins without a server coming to greet us. This was recovered wonderfully as we mentioned to the manager that we had not been seen (miscommunication on the staff’s part), and he immediately gave us complimentary glasses of wine and ensured our server was attentive. This turnaround brought my initial rating of Edward’s up to a 5/5 stars. Their ability to recover and provide us fabulous service was commendable.

The Capellini Pomodoro was delicious, and my friends enjoyed their grouper dish as well. The flies are a common problem everywhere in this area but the little fan on the table did help. Overall our food was fantastic and we were very happy with our Edward’s experience!

We had an absolutely thrilling dining experience. The staff were very friendly but the food was out of this world. We ordered the steak and would order it a thousand times again. The sauce was impeccable and left nothing to be desired. As a side we got the Mac and cheese, and it was absurdly delicious. They had the perfect amount of pepper to liven it up and the cheese was fresh and gooey. We are looking forward to our next visit already.

Also our waiter was very friendly and did a great job accommodating his guests.

Thank you Edward’s!

We did not have a reservation and were a party of 5. We were seated within 10 minutes and our waitress Jacqueline had us waters in a very short time. The food was just incredible. We devoured the brussel sprouts and the fried tomatoes with shrimp pretty quickly, Highly recommend both. But the grouper was out of this world. Not a spec of food left on the plate. I want to mention that my husband cares deeply about wine and asked Jacqueline about a few different ones. She was HIGHLY knowledgable and we ended us loving the one she recommended. It is rare to have wait staff this knowledgable about several different wines. This was a big win. We got two deserts and loved both of them. The cookies and ice cream is the one you want to get. We were here 8 days and this was our favorite meal. Kudos to the staff and the chef.

We got the burrata app and it was wonderful. Got the Brussels sprouts app as well – it was delicious, I liked the twist of it being topped with Asiago cheese and nuts. However – they were a tad dry and would be a bit better with some type of balsamic or sweet drizzle on top. My husband got the bolognese (he doesn’t eat seafood) so it was nice for him to have a meat option, he thought it was great and the quantity was more than enough, he appreciated the unique twist with having mushrooms in the dish! I got the grouper (it was amazing) and instead of getting it with the potatoes, I got the Parmesan grits and boy was that the best decision I could’ve made. Absolutely delicious, one of the best meals I had in a while! Our server was Marcus, very knowledgeable, polite, and attentive.

Y’all, I’m from Texas and honestly don’t eat at places like this ALL that often. We’re super middle class but occasionally splurge while on vacation and I’m very happy that we decided to have our nice dinner here. It was just me and the wife and honestly I wouldn’t recommend bringing kiddos here. We started with the deviled eggs and they were great. I ordered the Tuna and my wife had the scallops. Our server Cynthia was excellent. When I read the description of the tuna I honestly thought it would be spicy but it ended up being a little spicier than I expected. I love spice and had no issues with how spicy it was but my wife would not have been able to handle it so just beware my wife’s scallops were excellent. Mild with no overbearing flavors as scallops should be. To finish it off we had the Creme brûlée which was probably the most disappointing part. The Creme was great but the sugar crust was a bit too well done as seen in the photo. With tip we ended up spending about $175 between the two of us. Overall a great dinner and Cynthia made it even better.

We stumbled upon Edward’s while in town for vacation. A couple other restaurants nearby had 1-2 hour waits, but we got into Edward’s right away. Our server was attentive and gave great recommendations, and the food and drinks were delicious!

My wife, mother-in-law, and I enjoyed a fantastic Mother’s Day brunch at Edward’s in Rosemary Beach. They’re typically only open for dinner, but we were fortunate to experience one of their special daytime brunches—and it was a standout from start to finish!

Jimmy, the GM, welcomed us and had us seated quickly on their covered patio, which was perfect even with the steady rain. The chef created a beautiful brunch menu for the occasion, and our server, Kiyonta, was friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations.

We started with Deviled Eggs, the Seasonal Fruit Plate, and the Caesar Salad—each dish fresh, flavorful, and elegantly presented. For our entrées, we chose the Shrimp and Grits (incredible!), the Lox and Avocado, and Edward’s Omelet. Every bite was delicious, and the plating was as impressive as the flavors.

We ended our meal with a trio of desserts: the housemade ice cream sandwich, crème brûlée, and key lime pie. Each one was delightful, but the ice cream sandwich may have stolen the show.

Huge thanks to the Edward’s team for making our rainy Mother’s Day feel special and memorable. If you’re in Rosemary Beach, Edward’s MUST be on your list!

Edward’s totally won us over! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was so inviting, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. We ate outside on a cool evening, and the sweetest touch — they gave us Edward’s pullovers to keep us warm! Such a fun, thoughtful detail that made it feel like we were right at home (but with way better food ). If you’re in Rosemary Beach, this spot is a must. Cozy vibes, amazing food, and service that makes you smile. Can’t wait to go back!
