The wait wasn’t much either, they were all FRIENDLY & had the best customer service.. which is hard to come by at most places. I don’t know if ya’ll have someone smoking Crack today (3/23/22) or what but my so called smoothie was not even a smoothie today! I’ve never had issues coming here at all and everything I’ve ordered in the past from here has been awesome until now. I ordered a sandwich and 2 mango magic smoothies, both smoothies were terrible, it contained huge chunks of mango and ice and it was more like a slushie (felt like I was at Stripes buying one). Ya’ll need to re-train some of the people in there, it was a terrible job. Also, the girl at the drive-thru window didn’t give me a receipt, I had to ask for it and she had no manners what so ever! The “smoothie” and the sandwich looked like a toddler made it and that’s not a good thing. I don’t mean to complain but I do leave detailed reviews of all the places I visit and I want people to look out for issues like this. STEP YOUR GAME UP SON OR GIRL!!!! (talking to the individual who made my order look like I bought it at a crackhouse) smh.

I would recommend downloading the app and ordering ahead if you are in a hurry since most of the orders come in through the app and drive thru.
We came inside for a quick breakfast everything we ordered was good and did the job. Pricing is reasonable. We live in Austin so the pricing for the smoothies and wraps are cheaper here than there. Highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe! We will be back many more times when in this area!

Yount lady helped me named Hailey got smoothie I told her I didnt like it and asked to remake or get me something different she said ok then tried to charge me so I left with the nasty one and threw it out.. I called to speak to Mgr she stated she wasnt in and I asked who general Mgr was she said she didnt know! She said her manager was Briana and I couldnt talk to her till like 2 or something( Hailey exact words) this is uncalled for Hailey was rude and couldnt answer any of my questions if im paying for something if should be done correctly especially when I spent $9.73 for a drink i ended up throwing away because your staff chose not to remake it and also said they would for a charge? Such an inconvenience

This was my first visit. I had the veggie wrap and a small smoothie. The wrap was good size…I took half with me.
The place is a typical chain store with minimally trained workers. I didn’t see a lot of motivated, friendly staff. They were just going through the motions for a paycheck.
Premium prices.
Go to their website and look at the nutritional facts on their smoothies. Outrageous amounts of sugar laden in their drinks. Some smoothies have 40+ grams of sugar. You might as well eat a bowl of sugar! Diabetic City.

Very friendly staff, the environment feels cozy. They have a small patio to sit and enjoy your smoothie looking over the resaca. There are games you can use to stay a while. The orders come out fast. The facility is new and clean. They are always stocked on ingredients. Highly recommend if you are craving something sweet or if you want to grab lunch.
