After a long day of hiking, we visited Baja Fresh in La Crescenta. The owner and staff were very nice and said that they were closing but we had time to eat without an issue.
There was a constant stream of people coming in to pick up their food. I can see why. The staff is welcoming, friendly and the food is delicious. They bought us out extra chips and Salsa and asked a couple of time if we needed anything else.
I spoke with the owner and he shared that they just remodeled (look at the photos). They were doing a law enforcement day to thank the officers and Fire Departments. Love to see business support First Responders.
The sing is new and the entire inside is very clean with plenty of space for large gatherings.
We will come back to visit Baja Fresh La Crescenta.

It seems that this particular Baja Fresh has seen better days. We have visited only 3 times in the last two months and the employees all look miserable. No smiles on their faces. No welcome to Baja Fresh. There is one new guy in particular who absolutely doesn’t belong in customer service. Barely audible when he speaks and not friendly at all. The prices are sky high and not worth it. This place is a shadow of its former self. I guess at this point we’ll just go to Chipotle instead. Honestly, I’d rather not but until some attitudes change at this restaurant, I’m done.

Steak tostadas made by Baja Fresh is popular but very expensive price I had. Everyone loves it too. The Mexican food is great taste delicious than I expected. The employees were kindly & nice. So many salsa to choose add on the tostada salad. We visited for dinner. So satisfying as always.

Got charged $ 92.45
Called back and manager was very rude and unprofessional.
She hung up the phone on me.
Refused to give her name when I stated that I’m going to complain.
On top of that, my worker pulled hair from one of the burritos.
Very disappointed.
Won’t go there anymore, won’t recommend.

Ordered the chicken tostada salad. The food was incredibly fresh and it was loaded with way more chicken than expected. The tostada included salad. Chicken, beans, guacamole, sour cream and finely chooped tomatoes. The service was very friendly and the man at the register was super attentive. His outstanding service was definitely memorable. Salsas are prepackaged and distributed by the service staff. Definitely recommended.

I recently had lunch at Baja Fresh and had a fantastic experience! I ordered my go-to, the Baja chicken burrito with a side of delicious Cholula salsa. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. It was one of my favorite lunches in a long time – I highly recommend it!

Ordered three beef tacos. Got home and found I had 3chicken tacos. Called the restraunt and told them about the problem. The guy that answered told me to drive back to the restaurant the next day to pick up my beef tacos. I went back the next day and told them that the guy the day before said to come back and get my tacos. The manager got an attitude and told me she wasn’t there yesterday and didn’t know anything about it. She started to interrogate me to see if I was trying to scam her. Horrible customer service. Not only did the mess my simple order up, made me drive back to correct their mistake and then got belligerent when I showed up as directed.? They never did apologize for all of my inconvenience, wasted gas and time. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Stay away!
