This location used to be really hit or miss, esp during the lockdowns. However, the few times I’ve stopped by since then, have been much better. Besides a quantity issue a few times (super tiny tenders and a small amount of fries), the taste is always there. The “wings n things” meal has shrank so bad over the years that I don’t even get it now. I stick with the Big Zax Snack meal. Can’t go wrong w/that one! The milkshakes are good since they came back, but it’s huge and I can never finish. The cookies used to be so good, but they come from a diff vendor now and are just ‘okay’. When I wanna feel fake-healthy, I’ll grab a Zalad, esp if it’s discounted online. Get the spicy Zax sauce, it’s so good. 4 stars!

This is by far the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever experienced! I have come here multiple times and the salad is always perfect and the toast just right. I go to a lot of Zaxby’s as I travel throughout Georgia every day for work and there is not one that beats this location. I almost stopped going to Zaxby’s because no matter the location, the salad was becoming mostly white and no green. I have yet to experience that here. I also get the fries without seasoning and instead of throwing my fries back in the grease and burning them, they make them fresh without me having to ask. The staff is also always friendly and efficient. Keep it up and thank you for being great! Other locations can learn so much from you!

Order Boneless wing meal. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the quality of food and service that I received. The young lady that is usually at the drive through window had a terrible attitude per usual though she wasn’t the one serving on the drive through she was bagging the food and basically took over the interaction. They should be ashamed of the boneless wings they sold me. They were dark and clearly old. So hard I couldn’t barely bite into it. I didn’t eat them at all! The toast though I asked for it on the side was soggy and also not fresh. The only thing I was able to consume were the fries. I didn’t realize how terrible these items were until I got home. Had I lived closer I definitely would have gone back to get a refund. My whole experience was horrible!!

I really enjoyed this place once, not sure if it’s new management, or ownership. I do not know but what I am fully aware of is that there is a full grown, feminine, rude man up there name khaleb who identifies as the district manager. People messed up my order and put cheese on my both my sandwiches last night. I have the receipt and the food, and I want my money back. Khaleb puts me on hold to look at the camera so he can se who worked so he can correct them. I cut him to remind him that I do not work Zaxbys please don’t to that on my time. From there he gets in his feelings began to yell. The poor guy really was feeling a certain way. Then he tells me I’m getting an attitude with him by cutting him off, I said no I’m not, he actually responded with yes you are, lmfao! What women raised you to think a man cutting you off is him

Because my day is going good and you definitely couldn’t make my day bad khaleb. And when I said that, yeesh little khaleb really got offended lol. He then said oh sir the fact that your bringing up race, I cut him off again and told him to get a life then I hung up. Who made this boy the district manager, he had to be lying. Or maybe that’s just Zaxbys these days. Or Zaxbys in Cobb. If you ever go up there be careful khaleb feels very privileged. Last night was my last visit, and my families, although I will be returning soon to get my money back. I will find out what other locations are under him, so we can avoid those locations as well. Damn little khaleb!!! lol

I ordered two cookies along with a chicken finger plate. The food was good except when I tried to eat the cookies i had purchase. The cookies were severely burnt on both sides and you couldn’t tell which side was which. Both cookies were extremely hard to the point where it was crumbling upon consumption and you could crumble said cookie in your hand. For this establishment to serve food of this quality lets me how lazy they are and how their employees need to be retrained because to think that is okay is insane. It does not take a rocket scientist to know that they are severely over cooked and instead of throwing away said items they choose to have customers pay for it. I should also note that they were so overly cooked that i could not even eat them. The issue itself isn’t the cookie but the care for the quality of food you put out. Why serve someone something you wouldn’t eat just to say its been bought.
