Store appears to be scamming door dash orders. Received a large 6 pizza order with a
Good tip. Employer informed me customer called then directly and cancelled, I walked out and called customer who told me that wasn’t true. When I went back to speak with store employee they changed their story to – we aren’t giving you the food because we’re assigning the order to one of their drivers. Bad look for the franchise to employ people of this caliber. This was 2/21/26 at 12:15pm

This location has my heart! HH is our favorite pizza so naturally we chose them for our small and intimate beach wedding and bonfire reception dinner. The managers were very attentive and handle every one of my requests perfectly and with patience – especially dealing with a bride to be. We will continue ordering from the location every time we visit Santa Rosa Beach.

Hungry Howie’s is using DoorDash drivers instead of employees! If I wanted to DoorDash, I would’ve ordered through DoorDash. The whole reason I order directly from the business is because I want the accountability of an actual employee, not some rando on an app. Also, they put my salad in the hot box! What the hell HH??

Been to this store a couple of times now and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Always on time with the pizza, 15 mins is all, which is amazing considering how busy this area gets. I made a mistake the other day and ordered from the wrong store and they corrected it on the spot in their store. Manager was a lady and the younger gentleman with a beard that day, amazing staff!! Thank you for all that you do!!

This is the second time where we have not had our pizza delivered. We live in a newer neighborhood and the first time this happened it was understandable. However before the pizza was delivered they had called to double check on the address and informed me they had figured it out and would be delivering our pizza soon with no issues. So I did not think there would be any issue, we waited about THREE HOURS to get our pizza and when I checked my phone, the delivery guy they said that I would need to contact the store. I spoke to the manager and at first he said they would refund us our money but I told him that I wanted our pizza. They made our pizza and we took it home.
Last night we ordered pizza again and this was at 8:15 and it said it would take 90 minutes. About 9:45 my fiancé attempted to call and see where the pizza was because it said it had been delivered but we did not have it. He was put on hold for 5 minutes so he called again and then was put on hold for another 5 minutes. He called once more at 9:55 and again was put on hold. Their store says they close at 10:00PM but the great employees that work there decided not to take the phone call. He drove up to the store and was told that none of them could clock back in to make the pizza and he would have to call at 8:00 AM when the manager was there. I’m not sure how these employees are found or what the hiring process is but obviously someone needs to figure out a better way to locate the homes and there is a lack of communication. And obviously the order was delivered to the wrong house because we are the only house with our house number down our street. Each home has their house number posted on the front of their house so I’m not sure what the disconnect was. This is the last time we will be ordering from them.

Great service! We sat and ate our food in the lobby and I was very impressed with the team that was running this place. Whenever anybody came in through the front door they were immediately met at the counter. It seemed like everyone helped each other out and you could tell that it made the place run really smooth. The food was decent. We ordered a couple of pizzas and one of the massive chocolate chip cookies. The pizza was good but the cookie was a real disappointment. It was burn your tongue hot but was still extremely doughy and definitely undercooked. It was not presliced so we had to use a fork to try to eat some of it. I love my desserts way more than most people but even I couldn’t handle more than 2 little bites of it before it went to the garbage. It was disappointing to see that a team that worked so well would even hand that across the counter to a customer.

I have been ordering from this location for years and always had good service and no issues with the food. Last week I ordered two cheesy breads, went home and fed my kids one and was going to eat the other one later. When I started eating the second one, the first bite smelled like gasoline! I checked all the slices and they all did! I waited to call until exactly closing time because it was Valentine’s day and I figured they might be busy. When asking for a manager, after complaining about the gasoline smell, I was told she is not available and to leave a message and a phone number and will get a call back. It’s been a week and I never got a call back. What’s worse is that my children ate the whole box! Never coming back!

The food was great. I personally prefer the thin garlic herb crust. I am a regular customer and all of the pizzas I have had were great. I usually get a barbecue chicken pizza. Occasionally, I change it up with another great item like one of their of oven baked subs. Overall I am extremely pleased with their service and food quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable food in Santa Rosa beach
