It’s 2/20/26 around 1pm, we just stopped in to eat, and were blown away by the gentleman working so quickly by himself getting everyone served so fast! It was very busy, constant steady lunch time rush. Even though he was so busy, he still greeted every single customer that walked in! He has such a great system down to serve everyone quickly, accurately and was polite as well. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to get his name, so I’m hoping by listing the date and time, Subway will know who this employee is and give him a raise! Excellent job!

On our way back to Colorado Springs, we stopped at the Subway next to Safeway. Right when we walked in, my wife and I noticed a clear difference from all the Subways in Colorado Springs. Kayla, the new general manager, was making the sandwiches, and we mentioned how different the atmosphere felt. She then informed us that she had just taken over the store.
When she finished making our sandwiches, it was the first time I had ever received a meal that not only looked like the pictures but was even better. Everything tasted amazing. Thank you, Kayla and Taryn, for an incredible meal and experience! You both showed me that there are still people who take pride in their jobs and aren’t using COVID-19 as an excuse for poor service and subpar food.

The quality of the food was what you expect from Subway; what surpassed my expectations was the staff. Ava Grace greeted everyone with a huge smile and happiness to serve. They also had a new employee (whose name I’m not sure of. ) who informed me that she had just started her first day 15 minutes ago. She was eager to jump in and help in any way she could, with a genuine smile and friendliness as well.

Ordered take out subs online. After getting home to sit down to eat the sandwiches they were like a bread with salad on them. The sandwiches were basically veggie subs. There was hardly any meat on them at all. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened. We have ordered online subs before and the same exact thing happened, hardly any meat at all on them. We have been into Subway and ordered plenty of times directly from the employees behind the counter and the amount of meat on the sandwich is normal. So, we know how much meat is supposed to be on the sandwiches. Very disappointing and sad. They don’t dare try to skimp you when you are standing there watching them make your sandwich but they will for sure screw you if your not there while they make your sandwiches.

In July 2025, we placed an order via the app to be picked at the woodland park location. However, only two of the three sandwiches were made when we picked them up. We were promised a refund (then later that changed to a gift card) for the missing third sandwich by a manager, Kayla, with a chip on her shoulder. However, as of this review we still have not received neither a gift card nor our refund. I will remove when our refund is received.

Placed an order online , went in 30 min laterand they hasn’t even looked at Mt order yet.
Employees were rude and the place was filty, the counter was covered in ingredients and crumbs and the ingredients were mixing with eachother. Lady kept leaning over the sandwiches and letting her shirt touch the food. The online order recipt was drug through the ingredient bins. They touched their face with the gloves and continued making our sandiches. They were out of things so I substituted the type of bread and a few veggies. They treated me like an inconvenience for even being there. Sandwiches seemed to be made and wrapped carelessly.
There was a girl with light brown hair that was kind and trying to do her job. When she packed up my subs she asked if I wanted cookies or a drink or anything. The other gal cut in with “they paid online they don’t get cookies or a drink “… what if I wanted to add to my order ??
Your better off going elsewhere.
In total it took over 45 -50 min from the time I placed the online order to actually getting my food.

Walked in and got rudely yelled at by a worker. Their signage said only 5 people in at a time, which is understandable due to coronavirus. However this was not obvious as it was posted on a 8.5×11 inch sheet of paper in tiny font. All of their corona signs made no mention of the rule. If the employee had said, “Hey, only five people allowed at a time” or anything remotely not aggressive the situation would have been fine. But the employee screamed at us. Take your money somewhere else to help support fast food employees who care.

This is the second time I have been in here that it has been a long wait .Today, there was a line of 6 people. 1 guy making sandwiches and the girl who was in back doing whatever she was doing when she knew there were customers. They both took their time even after seeing all the people patiently waiting. Horrible service, and they did not care one bit that we were all patiently waiting. This time I put in an online order and I still had to wait 35 minutes after pick up time

sandwiches are always amazing but i did another online pickup and this is my 3rd time the employee did not read the instructions on toasting my sandwich! very unpleased with how many times this has happened now. just take the extra 3 seconds to read through the whole order and get the customers sandwich done right.
