Einstein’s bagels at UNCW. The customer service is excellent. The place is clean, and neat. The staff is friendly they always have a smile on their face. I enjoy going there just to see their smiles. They may be short-handed, but they do a great job. The sandwiches are always on point. I would recommend that place to anybody, that’s in that area. Go there you have a great experience. .

Thank you guys for everything thing that y’all do. The lady that runs the cash register always knows how to brighten your day with a wonderful positive attitude and great smile. She, along with the few other staff that stay positive, is what makes this place so special. You guys keep up the wonderful work. You guys need to go to other places on campus and teach them how to become a better person towards there customers, because if all of the other places were as wonderful staffed as this place, uncw would be top notch. To bad that’s not the case.

just wanted some bagels and coffee. i went to einstein all the time back in VA. apparently rhe only one here is at the UNCW. so gps took me to james hall and then i had to walk and navigate through the campus (i do not nor have ever attended a campus so this was rough) only for me to show up at 430 dehydrated and they were closed. i even called at about 4pm to adk where they were located and place an order. 0/10

Extremely rude staff. They got my order wrong and whenever I told them the lady rolled her eyes and didn’t even apologize. The staff seems unorganized and unfriendly. Plus they are overpriced. A chicken sandwich costs almost $8. I do not recommend.
