The drive thru was very quick, there was about 6 or 7 cars in front of me on this Sat afternoon & it took less than 5 mins to get my order. I only got a reg cheeseburger & a large mocha iced coffee. The burger was hot & tasted pretty freshly made. My ice coffee was very good, it had great chocolate flavor. Overall great experience

I have never had anything less than a dumb experience here. I’ve ordered no onions & ended up with extra, they forget my sauces every time. I placed a mobile order & it went through, took my money, & when I got there the entire store was closed at 9pm. But since I’d pulled in the parking lot & the app uses location services, it said my order was made & ready so I couldn’t cancel it. I recently ordered & paid on the app & it suddenly sent my order to a McDonald’s 15 hours away. I’m not sure if those last 2 problems are this individual stores fault, but I go to others a lot more and have never had these problems. I won’t waste my time or money there again.

Went to get food for my family and myself. While the service is not bad, the food is either not all there or not cooked enough. I didn’t know McDonalds was offering med/ rare to their burgers. I spend too much money at one time for this. It’s poor something that this location needs to figure out. But then again it is McDonald’s so if they don’t care to fix it then I don’t care to visit.

We had to wait 10 minutes for them to fix a transaction because the person in front of us cut us off and paid for the wrong order. They didn’t even remake the food. Completely cold and my mom’s frozen drink was melted.

I ordered and paid for food but the app glitched out when I arrived at curbside so I went in with proof of payment including the email you get confirming you paid that has the date, time and location but the manager Sheila was extremely unprofessional and rude about it all. She was dismissive and had a bad attitude which is something paying customers with proof of purchase shouldn’t be subjected to. I wasnt even finished talking and she just walked away like I wasnt even there anymore. This place needs a complete reset. We don’t just pay for food, we also pay for the service and it’s mind boggling how disrespectful people, especially managers like Sheila, can be.

I’m not even going to waste my time typing out the backstory. But HOW can you mess up a PLAIN McChicken? Actually 2 of them. Waste of time, and money going there tonight, and I was already all the way home and ready to eat before I realized. They had so much mayonnaise on them that the bun was falling apart (and I live less than 10 minutes away). Anyway, NOT HAPPY at all with the food tonight.

These employees, well 3 of them are some of the laziest humans I’ve ever witnessed. I placed a mobile order for one mcchicken sandwich. I walked into the McDonald’s and went to the register inside and told the lady I had a mobile pick up order I would like to pick it up if its ready. This so called employee looked me straight in the eyes and said sorry ma’am but you’ll have to pick your order up at the drive thru windows because you placed a drive thru mobile order not a pick up order. Uhhhhh what??? And she was serious!!! I fear for our next generation if this is any preview of what to expect
