They are one of the few Subways that doesn’t honor veterans. The woman working the counter at 5:20pm Jan 4, 2026 would not give a military discount even after being presented with military ID.

Having worked for subway for 6years and religiously going to subways all over the country since I was a teenager this is the first and only store to ever tell me I would be charged for two separate 6in sandwich’s just for wanting two different bread choices for my footlong sandwich. Ordered online at the restaurant. Got in line to make sure all was good. Was told by the owner who was working at the time to go sit down that they were going to make the food for the people in line behind me first because I Ordered online to get the deal. To which, I replied. I’m here and in line in front of them why would u skip me. I was told because I Ordered the online deal and they can wait 15 minutes for my order. Very upset with the costumer service. Also the bread was old and rubbery.

Always a great stop before I do my shopping! They’re always so friendly to me and always have great food! It seems like all the negative reviews placed an order online so maybe avoid doing that.

I am not even the type to leave reviews but the staff at this location truly rubbed me the wrong way. I went in there to pick up an order I had placed online, they told me they did not have an order with the name I provided! No big deal, I call the person who paid for the food to see if their card had been charged.. it had, so I went back in there & showed the lady that it was the right location & showed her a photo of the bank app & she proceeded to tell me if the charge says “pending” it will not go through… I explained to her pending simply means it has not been processed yet, not that the charge disappears. She then rolls her eyes at me & tells the man there to “handle it” & he tells me the exact same thing she did & at this point her rolling her eyes at me had truly irritated the hell out of me because there was no reason to be rude about it, I was just explaining what pending meant.. thought that was common sense.. Staff is extremely rude & have absolutely no customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We have enjoyed meals at Miel on numerous occasions … from intimate occasions celebrating an event to large occasions for a group of 25. Each time the meal and the ambience exceeded our expectations. The owner cares about the food, customer, and experience.

I have eaten at this place several times when shopping. It’s not good to shop on an empty stomach. Since I had nothing to compare it to, I thought it was ok. Lately I have found a place in Nashville that slices meat fresh in front of you. All the ingredients/toppings are fresher too. It is more expensive but I would rather eat there half as many times rather than eating here again. I guess this place is perfect for Ashland City since most people here eat like this all the time. No thanks.
