The decor is okay, clean but a bit boring. The service was adequate but the counter person was not friendly or bothered to smile or greet. She was not bad just put no effort in beyond JUST doing the job. The food was fresh and hot and served quickly. All in all good experience, just think they need to retrain the front counter staff.

I have never been inside this Wendy’s before and it is definitely nice and clean and new looking and well appointed. I was assisted quickly and professionally and very much in a friendly way. It was a cold snowy day and chili sounded great and they came through!

I had put a door dash order in and when it got to me I got no drink and my sandwich came with just a piece of tomato and some lettuce. No hamburger or anything.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 singles and a small #1 with cherry coke.
I started eating right from the bag as we pulled away so it was supposedly cooked fresh.
My burger was dehydrated and split in half lengthwise.
My fries were inedible. They were dark, dehydrated and stale.
This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had of Wendy’s, ever. I wasn’t waiting in line again and I have no patience dealing with people who put my meal together.
I’m extremely disappointed. Wendy’s is iconic for burgers and fries. This meal is an embarrassment.

I’m sitting the drive thru writing this. I was here for ten minutes at the window, then told that they were holding on chicken and could I move forward. So far I’ve been pulled forward for 7 minutes. Why wasn’t I told there was a wait like this when I ordered??? If you want fast food, go elsewhere.
Update: 20 minute wait. No apology offered. And I got home and the order was wrong. What is going on at this dump??? Do better!!!

I’ve been stopping by to grab breakfast on the go on my way to work these past few days and the food has been fresh and hot and the customer service has been outstanding in the drive thru! I definitely will be stopping by again!

As I handed my payment through the window, the smell of marijuana filled my entire vehicle. I got my drink and frosty right away, but I was asked to pull forward because my sandwich wasn’t ready. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich, as the lady in the drive-thru kept poking her head out the window and giving me dirty looks. Finally, another employee came out and asked what I was waiting for. Maybe, just maybe, if you had enough self-control to smoke pot at home instead of at work, you’d remember the order you just took.

When you ask for a plain pickle only sandwich. Make sure you spell it all out for them, one letter at a time so they can comprehend it. if you don’t, they will argue with you about correcting your order.

Went through the drive thru and the staff asked multiple times what sizes I needed, if I needed it to be a meal, etc. I stated everything very clearly and everything was eventually correct on the screen. Got home and my chicken sandwich was actually a burger (I am sensitive to beef which is why I got chicken). They also did not give us the ketchup we asked for. They said it would be an extra 6 minutes for the chicken to be fresh. Yet we did not get the chicken and still waited.
