I’d give a 0 if I could. We are long time customers of this place, but we were treated as if we were trying to get a free one off on them?
So called ‘manager’ was out of his mind and gave us the wrong order the night before. We ordered 9 pizzas for a party and he had the audacity to ask us why we didn’t drive it back. I guess feeding kids is optional when you receive the wrong order??
Same night on the phone with him he says “sorry you feel that way” about receiving the wrong order? I guess it’s the customers fault that they messed up?
Going there and trying to correct the issue was also a mistake because he got combative and defensive about everything that was said. Constantly raising his voice and getting angry at the fact that he messed up.
We tried to find the difference of what we received vs what we ordered and he refused to show that, instead offering a bit of money back.
With all the escalation going on coming from the ‘manager’ we decided that this would be our last time coming here since the service was atrocious, to which the ‘manager’ wanted the money back???
I guess it’s the customers fault when it comes to their mistakes too because as soon as we got outside he had the nerve to ask the next customer in line “what was that all about” as if we went into the pizza place, made the wrong pizzas, handed the wrong pizzas to ourselves, drove to our venue, figured out they were wrong, and didn’t fix the problem ourselves??
Avoid this place and go elsewhere, the beef with the ‘manager’ that you will inevitably run into isn’t halal, and most certainly not worth the time. You won’t find any accountability from them, you’re the reason the pizza was made so it must be your fault.
Also magically since the order was messed up there was ‘extra cheese’ thrown on, so much cheese that you couldn’t even see a bit of meat. We didn’t get pictures of all the pizzas due to the confusion and frustration this caused, but they were really sub par.
They should get a motto for their store, something along the lines of “Welcome to Red Runners, where you’ll be Red with anger after we become Runners with your money!”

On 1/2/26 I had a very unexpected experience. I have been here before with no issues. I ordered a XL combo pizza via Door Dash. I get there to pick it up they were really busy and it seemed as no one was working the counter so I stood there a while before while watching them make the pizzas with no gloves pulling topping out of container and putting on pizza. After about five minutes they realized myself and other were standing there to order/pick up. He apologize asked what I ordered and gave me my pizza. I get home open the box and it was burnt. The pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms were dried out and burnt which gave the pizza a terrible taste. I should have taken it back but I didn’t feel like going back. Over half the pizza is still sitting on my counter this morning. I am so disappointed. I probably will not be back. Maybe it was just a bad night?!

My boyfriend was in the process of ordering a pizza, and the guy on the phone proceeded to cuss at him. While taking his order. Mind you my boyfriends been eating there for years. It’s really sad when employees bring down the value of a business. I have had better service at Burger King. Just saying.

I thought the pizza was good for the price I paid. The pizzas tasted fresh, they were good. The pizzas were ready quickly, in 15 minutes so that was great. They gave me paper plates, parmesan cheese and red peppers I didn’t have to ask for anything. I would like to try a combination pizza next time.

I’ve always had nothing but good things to say about this place until today clearly the guy on the phone doesn’t like his job and he’s swearing up a storm left and right oh because I’m asking him questions about the food. And let’s not forget that he told me I had to pay up front before they could deliver even though I had cash boycott this place.
