I’ve always come here because they’ve always prided themselves in the quality of their pizza. Today, I was charged out by a cashier by the name of Patty. Everything was fine until we came back for the pizza I already paid for. She began to accuse me of making a double order over the phone. She said every time I call that, they end up making two pizzas, and I only pay for one. I was confused because when she charged us for the pizza, she didn’t mention any of this. It was only after when we came back in to pick it up that she said something. I let her know that I only ordered one stuffed crust pepperoni with extra pepperoni. She kept insisting that I do that every time I call(double ordering). I then asked if this meant she was banning me from the store and if I wasn’t going to get my pizza. She said no, that’s not what this means, so I asked her to please give me the food that I paid for so that I could leave. She then threatened to ban me and said she would be speaking to her supervisor. My friend and I gave her our phone numbers and said please do so if that’s necessary and she walked away. She was very rude and raised her voice at us many times during this situation. I was a little heated as I was leaving and swore a little but not at her or in her face. Every time I’ve gone to this location, I’ve recommended it to friends and family because it’s the only decent good quality pizza place in town. Yet every time I go there and she’s there, she gives me and my friend attitude and is very rude. I’ve never had an issue with any of the other employees like this. Luis and norma have never had an issue with me or my friend when we order over the phone or in person with them. I’ve never been confronted or told that i do that because i dont. She was definitely on a power trip of some sort, and I don’t appreciate it. I’m just confused why she didn’t say something before charging us out or whenever we’ve ordered over the phone before. This is not the first time she’s been rude to us.
Update: 7/4/24 we came back to speak to a manager or a supervisor. She was there as well and begun to make a scene whilst calling her supervisor. I began to take video because I felt unsafe and uncomfortable with her behavior. We were told to make a complaint online which is fine. Her daughter began to come up to me and explain that she was the one that took my order. I let her know that she took it wrong but she denied it and insisted that I tried ordering 3 pizzas. I’m confused why she would step in just to argue as well. We just want clarity of the situation.

This place has downgraded so freaking much. I came in on May 19th, 2025 at 3:50 PM to purchase their “Family Deal” for $29.99. Which is what’s advertised on their outside sign. Then, I see on their tablet the quantity of $36 and I ask the lady why is it way over than what it is advertised outside. Her answer was that it has increased to $35 plus tax SIX MONTHS AGO! How are you going to tell me that six months has passed by and you are still advertising a pricing that no longer exists. This is so freaking dumb and then they act like I’m the crazy one for asking for the sign pricing.

The short Hispanic lady got mad because I asked for my receipt, so she crumpled it into a ball and handed it to me. I did nothing wrong to offend her, I was so polite and everything. I just don’t know what got into her. Sometimes she’s in a good mood. But the pizza is better than most places.

Online ordering does not work!! I ordered pizza for kids for after their softball game. I arrived to find out my order wasnt received and cashier was just blaming the owner. My order was simple 2 pepperoni, 2 cheese… Can’t believe they don’t have any pizzas ready to go… Definitely not coming here again… it’s a bit further, I suggest you save yourself a headache and drive to little Caesars on lb n norton.
