for delivery, I had my children and I physically could not drive due to surgery. My order, including tip totaled $67.52. After the order didn’t arrive on time, I called to check and they said there was “a glitch in the system” and it had been processed as a carry out & I had to come get it. I explained the situation and that I could not due to surgery, i even offered to purchase another small item and pay the delivery fee so that they could bring both orders at once. Every solution I offered was rejected, and with a lot of attitude. Manager Anna Moss said it was impossible and they couldn’t do it. She was so rude and unprofessional. After speaking to her boss, he informed me that she was wrong about the payment processing. I requested a refund that day and have contacted customer service (and called the store) 3-4x since then and have not received a call back. I even offered to send copies of my transaction history so that they would see that the money was debited but never refunded.

Quick service with good hot food. No fountain drinks or table service, but they did give me cups for my 2 liter Dr Pepper.

We sat there for at least 15 minutes with no service. The waitress only approached one table of customers she appears to have previously known while ignoring us. Additionally, the phone rang for at least 5 minutes straight before finally being answered. Then it rang again for at least just as long, and it was still ringing when I finally gave up and left. Also they appear to have the world’s oldest menu.

The pizza is okay except sometimes when I have Italian sausage on it, it comes out different than what I’m used to. Like the Italian sausage be lighter and the taste of it is not good nor the smell. I don’t know if anyone is pushing for that type of weird tasting Italian sausage but don’t, stick to the regular one.

Seriously, I waited for nothing. They use door dash to deliver, which is a waste of time. No dashers in the area. What’s the point of delivery if you physically can’t have your own drivers. Doordash is ruining the point of delivery. Waste of space, in my opinion. Just close down the pizza hit if you can’t take 5 minutes to run a pizza a couple blocks away. Wish I could give a negative star review.

The pizza melt was fantastic!! The service was very slow… I waited for at least 10 minutes before seeing any employee… I took the liberty of using the restroom and gathering my 2ltr… As I paid for everything on line had my order been in sight I would have taken it and been on my way instead of waiting patiently tapping my fingers on the counter… Happily my food was still hot and my 2ltr still cold though she did want to charge me a second time for it

We ordered through the app and had the pizza delivered. It arrived quickly and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of toppings and still hot. It was a little pricey, but worth it. Pizza Hut has definitely improved since our experience a few months ago.

We definitely had a great meal!!! The pizza was delicious, but more than anything the customer service was great!!!! Doug, was the one that took our order, very pleasant man and two young guys in the back greeted us nicely as well. Would definitely make this one of our family dinner spots!!
