Worst. Burger King. Ever. Consistent in making you pull up and wait for mobile orders, no matter how early you put it in. Never ready. I’m pretty sure they do not understand what fast food is. It’s 1.15 and I have no food. I hit the drive thru at 12.58. I placed my order more than 5 minutes prior.

Good location and nice staff. However, 3 people calling out on a busy night was not really cool. i pray they can get more workers, so next time am passing through my fries, it won’t be as cold.

A word to the wise…steer clear of this location. The service is consistently sub-par at best. It takes 2-3 attempts most times for employees to get the order correct. Customer service skills are clearly absent, and your lucky if you are acknowledged within the first 10 minutes of approaching the service counter.
Recommend driving another 2 miles up 22 West and visiting their other location.
And for the Management team at this location remember this: It takes 12 positive customer experiences to make up for 1 negative experience. I invite you to do better starting now!

Went inside to order there were new kiosks that wouldn’t allow me to order what i wanted owner/manager not sure what he is walked by twice never asked if I needed help someone working back also saw me and never said anything service at this place is really going down hill

I went to this Burger King recently and ordered an egg- normous burrito. They asked me to pull up to the front and they would bring it out to me. I waited about five minutes or so…but when he came to the car, he handed me a tiny bag that was very light. He said…we didn’t have the enormous burrito (which was close to nine dollars) that I already paid for, so we made you two small burritos. The two small burritos are like $2.66 each, or something like that. There burritos are much smaller. That bothered me because they didn’t give me an option as to what I wanted to do. Plus, if I originally purchased two small burritos at $2.66 apiece, it would have only costed me close to six bucks. It’s not the money. It’s the principle of the thing, and I probably should not have been eating it anyway …so maybe it was a good thing that I got two smaller ones. But not only that but the food was cold! And , I gave the guy a $4 tip to boot cause I thought he was bringing me out what I originally ordered and I was happy and I appreciated it. I personally am all about the principal of the thing! It’s not the money or anything else! I couldn’t find my receipt so I googled the price of the enormous burrito which I posted below.

Insane experience. Literally stuck in drive thru for a full 30 minutes. Unable to pull out. No one telling anyone what’s going on. And this was after us having to repeat FOUR SEPARATE times that our kids were choosing ice cream rather than a toy with their kid meals. When we finally made it to the window, no apologies or explanation. And they forgot both the kids ice creams and milks anyway. And our straws. And our pickle fries. I don’t want to knock underpaid fast food workers but the level of incompetence here was staggering. And then not even apologetic about all of it… My kids have sworn to never go to a burger king again after this. Candidly, I don’t know that I’ll ever go to one ever again either after this. Truly. This BK shouldn’t be open with that level of service. Mind-blowingly bad.

You order ur food at the drive thro thinking it will be quick. But no. I only have a 30 minute break and they took 25 minutes of my break. Fast food is supposed to be fast food. I think they need to hire new people to work bc these people they have now don’t know how speed things up.
