Pizza was great again. This time it was Pepperoni melt with sausage, bell pepper, mushrooms and onions.
8/28 : The pizza is great. Everything was right. Ordered the Pepperoni melt pizza. Ordered online and was ready in about 15 minutes.

I called today, 3/8/26, @ 12:32 pm. I was asking what the specials were, I was speaking with the rudest young lady, who was not trying to give me any information. Unbeknownst to her, I had their website pulled up, she rushed through about 2 specials when I asked her about specials for specialty pizza, her response was “what about them”. I order from this place all the time I have never been spoken to or treated this rudely and unprofessional.
I went in to place my order A gentleman and myself waited five or so minutes before we were assisted with ordering. The gentleman came to the counter with a frown as if we were bothering him, the rude young lady was loud and busy talking on the phone. The store manager was not present. This was the absolute worse visit to this Marcos in Mayfield Heights. This was completely unacceptable.

Always pretty busy when im picking up and always employees in a good mood. Everyone seems great. Prompt and polite service. My kiddos school keeps doing fundraisers here and im glad the food and the people are great. If they weren’t I would not participate in all these fundraisers lol

11 (Eleven) people waiting to be served/ answered for about 15 – 20 minutes but young cashier woman on the phone for last 20 minutes and no one else trys to cover for her, the rest of the crew preparing pizza (laughing/ joking). One of them try to show his skill by throwing the dough above his head and catch it again. It continues until one of the customer start complaining then one of the crew decided to tale care of the customers. I belive store managment and or crew need to be replaced or better trained. I plan to share it to their main office.

This Marcos is by far the best Pizza I have had locally. The staff there is friendly, personal and efficient. I have been going to this Marcos since I moved here in 2021, and the staff greet me by name and take an interest in me. I could not imagine myself going to another Pizza place locally, not even if they had better Pizza, which is hard to believe because the Pizza they make here is out of this world. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this Marco’s even if you are just passing by.

The employees were very attentive because of that I didn’t mind my order wasn’t ready by the time it said it would be. Ordering online was quick and easy plus they always have some kind of deals and coupons online. I ordered at this location instead of the one closer to me because they have the new pizzoli and fiery flavors menu available.
