1/15/26 it was about 8:30 at night 30 minutes until closing i really had a taste for a good carne asada steak dinner. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss. Its usually good but there are times it’s not so good. This time as much as I hate to give a bad review I cant let this go. I ordered three steak dinners to bring home to the family and it looked great but I took one bite and the meat was spoiled. It was the same with all thee dinners. It smelled like old hamburger meat that had went way past it’s date or had been Unrefrigerated for too long. There’s no way it could be eaten. Im sorry to say it but they had to know. The meat smelled bad and was bad. The restaurant either changed the date on the meat to jeep it longer or they let it be sitting out too long. The cook had to be able to smell it. It was spoiled. Im returning it to them tonight the nextmday as this was my first chance to do so. They had to know! There’s no possible way that they could’ve handled the meat, cooked the meat and not smell the foul odor of spoiled meat. This was my first time this happened and I sure hope the last. They had to know it was foul and sold it anyway. Usymyally it’s good food but I dont recommend this location if it sells spoiled meat and knows that they did . I also ordered a pina drink. It was not fresh as it always was before. It was juice that had been made at least 2-3 days before. It was not good and at the point where it should’ve been thrown out but the girl was pouring it into another container to sell more the next day.
This was a first for me to be this unsatisfied with them. Like I said before, it’s not always great but usually okay to eat. But this time the meat was rotten and they had to know it.
Ill let you know how they handle the return. I hope it goes well.

Super upset about my order. Placed it to get delivered to me. And not only did my order arrive with missing items but it was packaged sloppy and all my food was spilled out. So upsetting! I got charged the full amount and when I called to let them know, they didn’t seem to mind or offer any type of solution or atleast half of a refund , other than me going to pick up the missing items myself. Umm, hello, thats why I placed it for delivery! I have no car to get there. And didnt even offer like a free soda atleast for the inconvenience. So frustrating. Never ever ordering from here again.

I guess I’m picky and tried 3 Mi Ranchotos so far and the cooks are all different. When I mean different I can tell who cares about preparing the food or making the food. This mi Ranchito was not good when I ordered a carne asada burrito. I was given a bunch of glops of fat or not sure what that was. So when I mean prepping I mean please try to cut all the fat. This specific location has an employee who feels like the owner and wants everyone to do what she wants even if you are a customer. They are missing many things and supplies. The lady is at the window and does not let the employees up front serve. This does not speak well of the owner, what a shame.
