The chicken pot pie is off the chain. I’ve always loved their mashed potatoes too. Crispy Chicken is also good as always! The drive through service is awful. I had one car in front of me and it took forever for them to be serviced m. It was like the drive through staff was telling them to wait or not responding at all. Finally I had to honk. I kept saying “hello” through the drive thru speaker until finally I was told to wait. Finally I let them know that I already was late to work and they had a huge back up of cars behind mine. She finally took my order. I pulled up and paid. This didn’t take long at all. But I let the Hispanic lady know at the window that there were a huge line behind me. And she claimed they had a lot of customers inside as well and really didn’t seem to care nor speed up. So # 1, the line inside is one thing, and has nothing to do with the drive thru taking prompt orders. # 2, they should have enough staff to work inside and 1 person dedicated to taking prompt orders through the window and not have anyone wait that long just to
place an order. You are definitely losing business. This is not the first time I’ve waited at the speaker for a long time to be at least acknowledged. You need a new team leader! I would like the manager to reply. Tried calling but no answer. That’s another thing … people can’t call to complain or get refunded etc if no one answers the phone. Bad bad business!!! Reexamine your priorities. You’re next to a gas station … you don’t have a zillion customers who come inside … you just have staff that likes to talk and gossip and not attend the drive thru. I finally got through by phone to speak to the manager and the lady said the manager wasn’t in today but I mentioned I’d call tomorrow to complain about the slow drive thru service and all she said was “ok” in reaction to my complaint. Amazing. No “I’m sorry to hear that” nor “we will try to improve” etc!” Wow! What a wasted phone call.

I’ve ordered from them thru DoorDash and they always mess up order. They forget things all the time. This time they forget the bucket of chicken completely. Even the DoorDash person says they forget things all the time.

It’s time to close this business and fire everyone.

My family went to kfc to grab a quick bite and got the famous bowl. The bowl was about 60% gravy, very little mash potatos and no shredded cheese. The food itself was ok though so at the very least they can make edible food. The managers clearly dont show any regard for the change they issue to customers because they also came back with a almost ripped in half dollar bill. I tried calling the location several times so i wouldn’t have to write a negative review however they failed to reach the phone both times i called.

In the mood for KFC. We were happy to have no one in line, drive thru was empty HOWEVER, the person taking the order told us to wait three times. We could hear laughter and distraction in the background. Lucky for us Popeyes was a block away! After a year of previous poor service and experiences, we decided to give it a try, NEVER GOING BACK.

This place has 0 idea of what they are doing, every single worker deserves to be fired and replaced there is no reason a 5 pc meal takes 30 minutes while every other order is coming out at a slow rate workers just having fun while some lady is throwing a fit that she has to work and cussing out loud

Got a message that our order was ready. Went through the drive through and was told it wasn’t ready and wait up front. Waited 30 minutes and then tried to call and no one picks up the phone. I could have fried the chicken myself if ai wanted to wait this long.

Went to this Long John Silver last night, drive through. Had a lady at the drive through, obviously hot and tired, which I completely understood. But she was pretty rude nonetheless. Handed us a ” hamburger sized ” box of 2 small chicken planks, 6 shrimp, 10 French fries (if that), and 2 hush puppies. It was so light it didn’t feel like anything was in there. Then charged $14 for it. Hubby went home, he didn’t even eat all of it because wasn’t tasting right. Ended up getting sick later last night, and this morning. He usually loves their food. But at that price and dubious quality. Will not be back.

Guy at the drive thru kept cutting me off and telling me to pull up even when I wasn’t done ordering. Food was ready by the time I got to the window. Went home and ate. 1/3 of the way through my kids drink and they saw a dead fly.
