This restaurant truly doesn’t get enough attention and love! You will not find better customer service anywhere, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is great. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that it instantly makes you feel comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and it really shows how much they care about their guests. The owner is so kind!!

Server was friendly and welcoming but considering there were only me and 2 tables of 2, pretty inattentive. I like the decor. Wor Wonton soup, the broth was bland and watery. Size of serving very small for an 18 dollar soup. There was a total of 4 wontons in it. The bowl has a reading glass case beside it for perspective. It was less than 6 inches across and not very deep.
Food quality is not good enough to warrant premium prices on small dishes.

Tried Saigon Paradise and ordered the shrimp mango salad, grilled pork and shredded pork (cuom suong), and grilled beef shish-ka-bob (bo bon mon).
The shrimp mango salad wasnt for me. The mango and bell peppers had strong flavors that had strong contrast.
The cum suong was pretty good. The pork was tender and its what you would traditionally expect.
The Bo bon mon was the best part. It’s a build-your-own rice roll platter with fresh and pickled veggies, plus tasty grilled meats and sausages. Everything was fresh and all the ingredients tasted very good.
Decent stop if your in the area!

Saigon Paradise is a Vietnamese Restaurant further north on 97 Street in Edmonton.
They have a very extensive menu with many offerings. The food is generous and tasty. It definitely has more of a “homemade” taste to the food.
The service was friendly and helpful.
The space is humble. Nothing notable. But serviceable.

My family used to love coming here from time to time, especially since it’s so close to where we live. Unfortunately, we’ve noticed the quality of the food has really gone downhill lately.
I used to tell people this place made the best pho in the city, but the last time I had it a few months ago, it was so flavorless that I couldn’t even finish the soup.
When we dined in about a month or two ago, I ordered the grilled pork chop meal deal that comes with wonton soup, another dish I used to love. But both the pork and the soup tasted off, nothing like they used to. I’m not sure if the ownership changed or if there’s a different cook in the kitchen, but something has definitely changed.
The final straw was today. My husband and I stopped by for takeout smoothies. We were debating between here and Booster Juice but decided on this place because we used to really enjoy their avocado smoothie. We were shocked to see the price had gone up to a whopping $8! I even joked that it better not come in a small plastic cup, but it sure did to my shock, and worse, it tasted nothing like before. The avocado smoothie barely had any avocado flavor, just milk, and the pineapple one was just as bad.
This was such a disappointing experience after being loyal customers for years. Sadly, we won’t be coming back anymore.

Stopped in here for lunch after I dropped someone off at the walk in clinic in the parking lot. I decided to try to Bun Bo Hue and the salad rolls. Best decision ever the salad rolls were very tasty and the peanut sauce it came with was perfect! You get a pretty big serving of very flavourful Bun Bo Hue as well! The waitress was very kind and wanted to make sure everything was good for me! Luckily everything I ordered was fantastic so there was no need for change! I will be coming here again if I’m in this part of town!

Ordered all three House Special and fried rice, beef stew, papaya and mango salad to bring home for family feast. And we loved it, tooks us no time to goes through everything. The meat are well seasoned and grilled perfectly, the fired rice is next level, the egg and other incredient mixed very well with some butter flavor takes me back to my childhood in Vietnam. The salads are spicy, crunchy and refreshing. The price I think is reasonal. To order large amount like this, i would suggest call in at least a day before to book it and to avoid waiting time.

With new management its gone downhill so bad.
Brought my husband here tonight talking up the best deep fried squid comes from here.
Did not even look at the menu for apps as I always get the deep fried squid.
She asked if it was for both of us, clearly we were having two different conversations
Waited over 45 mins for our food, when it came out we both asked if our appetizer was coming she said what deep fried squid leaves to get a menu. Shows me there is none on menu ♀️
Then why did you write it down and ask if it was for both of us..
Husband ask for root beer 3 times and was brought the bill and debit machine.
Serious serious lack of communication or lack of understanding English
We had a table behind us ordering take out from another restaurant as they sat there.
I didn’t really touch my food, nor did my husband
We left after paying and went to Boston pizza

Just stopped by this place for a quick lunch, somehow I decided to have extra meat and tendon to my Hue style beef noodle soup and they really accommodate me with that. Food is delicious that leaves me no room to complain, definitely in my go-to list
