Small shop that makes great cheesecakes. I wanted to buy local, and have something that may be better than the regular Ole cheesecake like Elis, and Walmart. Jonathan makes great cheesecakes. I like the thick gram cracker crust that is light and tasty.
The cheesecake itself is not as heavy as I have expected from others that I’ve had. The flavor is on point, the texture is perfect. I order the strawberry 10″. He makes his own topping from scratch. I watched him top my cake.
Jonathon is very socialble, and a happy guy. I enjoyed taking to him. He made our birthday special.
