Never been inside so I cant answer atmosphere, people seemed friendly and professional. All I asked for food wise was onion rings and a single cheeseburger with ketchup only. They indeed delivered the cheese……but not before dunking my buns in a tub of water without ringing them out at least and Im not sure whats goin on with the cheese placement or the black chunks.

The women taking the drive through orders need to listen better and stop saying, “anything else” every 10 seconds. If they would actively listen, they wouldn’t make so many mistakes on simple things. It’s especially bothersome to see 5 employees standing at the window, talking and not paying attention to ticket accuracy.

I placed a mobile order for pickup. I work about 3 minutes down the street. I go to pick up my order and stood in line for 15 minutes. Everyone walking past looking no one acknowledged that it’s a paying customer standing in line. No “hey welcome to DQ”, have you been helped, what can I do for you? Literally NOTHING! And when you complain they look lost or act like you’re the problem.

Update: They have good sandwiches and chicken tenders. The fries and milkshakes see good too. The staff is friendly.
Prior evaluation. We went inside to pick up a birthday ice cream cake right before 6:30pm on a Thursday day because drive thru was very busy. It was busy inside too but the line moved fairly fast. Their cakes are delicious and the prices are reasonable. It is very clean inside and employees are friendly.

I stopped in for a shake. When I was getting ready to order and pay, the young lady taking my order, said the shake is half price do to happy hour. Wow that was a surprise, nice staff. I’m going back for a meal.

Clean store with friendly employees. Always a good experience and still a fan of the classic peanut buster parfait. Putt-putt course adjacent to restaurant open seasonally adds to the enjoyment. An enjoyable stop with the family everytime.

Today 7/2/2024 I came in for 3 cones for my grandchildren. We walked to the registers, where it was not busy and had no line. There were 4 employees all at the drive-thru area. We stood there a bit without anyone acknowledging us. Finally the girl who WAS working the window looked over and saw us and proceeded to take our order. My question here is……what were the other three doing? Great job to the girl at the drive-thru. Terrible customer service for the other three.
