We just came through Vero, but took a detour off hwy 1 to eat at this place for lunch. We had Salmon Sandwich and Hawaiian Wrap they offer FRESH (really fresh) fruit, rice and beans, salad, chips as sides. Rice and beans are delightful! The food was amazing. Fresh vegetables on our sandwiches, friendly staff, clean facilities. Highly recommend

The food was healthy, fresh, and simple. Perfect for a light brunch. Cute inside, we sat at one of the 4 outdoor tables with our pup which was lovely. Friendly, fast service. Will be back again and again!

While I was in town for the holidays, I stopped in for a quick lunch and had a wonderful experience. I will be thinking about that Cuban sandwich long after I get home. I really enjoyed the plain latte I ordered, too. Everything was fresh and delicious, and I was treated like family. Make sure you try this place.

This little cafe is the healthiest spot you’ll find when your driving long hours. It’s a Colombian little cafe but with açaí bowl and all types of options everything was great the lemonade and coffee were excellent.
And the sancocho was also amazing.

What a great hidden gem in Vero Beach. This little family owned spot is pumping out some incredibly fresh healthy food as well as coffees and a cool vibe.
Been here several times and impressed each and every-time with the food and hospitality. Their Cuban Sandwich is probably the best I’ve ever had!!!❤️❤️❤️

New favorite healthy lunch spot in Vero! I’ve tried the Mediterranean wrap and bowl and both were fantastic. Ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the meals are generously sized. Well priced, too!

This is such a cute place. The food is delicious 🙂 I had a lovely egg croissant with ham, spinach, tomatoes, and cream cheese on it. It was filling! They have some healthy choices of food here.
The staff are nice. I heard them speak Spanish to one another so I used my broken Spanish and asked an employee what country she is from – she told me Columbia.
They have a couple tables outside under umbrellas with a shelf of cute plants. Bright greenery always makes the atmosphere more pleasant 🙂 or you can sit inside and enjoy some music while eating and drinking coffee/smoothies.
I definitely plan to go back – maybe with some friends and other times by myself to enjoy. It’s a pleasant atmosphere, little hole in the wall place – I didn’t know what to expect because it’s in a plaza. But it’s nice. Lovely place that I recommend.

Food was excellent. They were very accommodating. It’s pretty quiet but we had a couple that were speaking loudly. You order at counter and they bring food to you. I think the food is Latin style which wasn’t what we were expecting but we were pleasantly surprised. Food was very fresh. Would definitely go back.
