The people here are awesome! I believe it was Ariana who took my order, she was super sweet and genuine. The food was delicious, I got the pancake combo (with bacon). First time visit here. During travelling, I always look for local coffee shop, and found one of it here. Even more, the beans roasted inhouse.
My order at the time were Cortado along with Pancake Buttermilk Combo for breakfast. Pancake is good, and the Cortado is awesome, made me added another cup to start my day.

The coffee drinks we got were delicious and the food was incredible. I wanted to order more to take it to go. The ingredients are fresh. We got the chilaquiles were some of the best I’ve ever had and the avacado toast on sourdough hit. I just wanted more. 🙂 This is place is a GEM.

Everything was delicious. I had a custom omelette with ham peppers and mushrooms. My wife had the veggie omelette. They are generous with ingredients. I am a light roast guy and the coffee was fantastic. My wife had a latte; the best ever. Staff were friendly and helpful. A MUST stop!!

Pueblo is an amazing experience! The food is great and their very own locally roasted coffee is amazing!! Tony is an amazing person and always makes you feel like you’ve been friends for decades! My wife is gluten free and the gluten free tacos were perfect for her!

I just got the Chilaquiles, and it was delicious! The shop has an awesome vibe inside where there’s places to sit and enjoy a book and eat breakfast or brunch, or you can take it to go. The person who helped me was really chill and friendly. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Awesome little spot. I stopped in for the chilaquiles and was not disappointed. Everything had phenomenal flavor the only way it could be better is with chips that weren’t soggy/soft. Everything was good service was good will definitely be back when around.

Best chilaquiles! The salsa is homemade and everything was hot and fresh. The owner that greeted us was so kind and welcoming. They accommodated to some dietary restrictions and were so helpful in finding new options. We loved eating here and will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this coffee shop! The atmosphere is so warm, cute, and inviting — the kind of place you want to stay and hang out for a while. The service was friendly and genuine, and the food was amazing. The chilaquiles were fresh and flavorful, and the horchata latte was perfection — sweet, creamy, and just the right amount of cinnamon.
