Staff was friendly!
Breadsticks had about a 1/2 c of oil (butter?) that leaked all over the packaging and my vehicle. Food was hot, technically well made but there was not much flavor to the breadsticks or pizza. The three sauces were completely unremarkable.
Rather disappointed after hearing so many great reviews.

I live 5 minutes away and it takes an hour to an hour and a half for them to deliver the food. I tipped them extra because of the holidays. I live in an apartment complex and I was waiting for two hours. No text messages. No emails. Just one, of the receipt that my order went through. I didn’t get no updates when i asked for them. They placed the pizza in the corner of the door where when you open and check you can’t even see it unless you’re fully out in the hallway. No knock on the door. I waited 2 hours full of hunger and was not notified that my order was delivered.

We ordered our pizza online with a 12:45pm pick up time. We arrived right at 12:45. Pizza was cold. Would not order the cinnamon sugar pizza again, nothing special. Have had the pizza in the past and was good, not this time. Asked when we ordered for a tip. A tip is something earned with good service. Not something that should be an automatic 15-20%.

I haven’t ordered delivery for forever from anywhere. Wasn’t feeling good last night so I decided to order pizza for delivery. Out of the 7 things I ordered 3 was actually was delivered. They forgot the other 4 items including soda at the store. They went ahead and cancelled those things off the order but refused to remove the tip. Restaurants wonder why people don’t want to tip. The pizza was hard. The chicken wings were literally burnt black. I hate burnt food. They offered to go back to the store to get what they forgot but since they moved to north Ankeny it would have taken an hour to get the food delivered. So the food that I got was bad and they refused to reimburse the tip for the bad service. Their quality has really gone down. I won’t be picking up or having it delivered again. May they close like the other restaurants that have forgotten how to make edible food and deliver the full order.

Ordered 3 pizzas, 1 large pepperoni, 1 medium sausage, and 1 medium Works and an order of bread sticks. The works pizza was so soggy and crust was so under done, it was almost inedible. The bread sticks were absolutely soaked in butter, not great. The other 2 pizza were great. Total cost was $62 not including tip. Overall way overpriced for mediocre pizza

If they offer contactless delivery, I would expect not to interact with anyone when food is dropped off. Driver waited for me to answer the door. Then asked me to sign another receipt for an additional tip on top of the tip already given. I am going through chemo and would like as little exposure as possible. Please don’t offer this as an option if it’s not truly contactless.

We were told our pizza would take 40 minutes. After 70 min. I called and they said well it should be… called driver and within 5 minutes he arrived. I told the person on the phone it better not be cold, he said the bag keeps it hot for 3 hours…. It didn’t soggy and cold. We used to be a regular customer but 2 of the last 3 times we have had issues.

We ordered for the first time at the new Ankeny location. The pizzas and bread sticks we ordered were very good. Wish we could say that of the service. The lady who was working the counter was not welcoming nor pleasant to interact with. Not a good first impression.
