I called in to place a pickup order, and the person who answered the phone seemed to be a new hire and did not take the order correctly. Even after another staff member took over the call, my order was still incorrect and one item was missing.
When I arrived to pick up the order, I chose to pay in cash. A male staff member helped me at checkout, rang me up, and took the cash. However, the payment was not entered into the register, and I was given a receipt that showed “Not Paid.”
I didn’t notice this until afterward, which was concerning. I’m not trying to cause trouble, but this situation shows a lack of communication and proper checkout procedures.
I hope management can provide better training to avoid confusion for both customers and staff in the future

Ordered 5 pizzas with light sauce due to dietary issues. The girl who took the order repeated it back correctly. Got the pizzas and none had light sauce. Looked the the receipt and it said light pepperoni on two of them. Called and complained and the girl who answered took our order and even said we ordered light sauce. She must not have put it in correctly. We spoke to who we believe was a manager and said best they can do is 20% off our next order. We explained we couldn’t eat these that we would bring them back for ones with light sauce and the refused! I was a manager or a pizza place and another restaurant and couldn’t believe how a “manager” wasn’t willing to correct the issue! Right on the box it says they guarantee they will make it right.

Shouldn’t be allowed to charge $8.00 for half a cup of dry pasta with barely any sauce on it. I learn my lesson every time I order out instead of eating home. Im in the middle of moving and was exhausted though. America sucks. Domino’s sucks.

WORST DOMINOS IN CLEVELAND ! They burned pizza I ordered for my job party & refused to replace food because the delivery driver was behind! Don’t get me wrong, I order here on a fairly regular basis and service is normally decent but today’s experience turned it all around. I attempted to order online with their app and was unable to send the order through. After having to call to place the order the price was increased compared to their app. I ordered two medium pizzas and after I got home I found out my pizza (pepperoni and bacon with light sauce and light cheese) had more cheese on it than the second pizza I ordered with regular cheese. This is seen in the picture below, quite literally a quarter inch thick of rubbery greasy cheese on a light cheese pizza. There was less than half the topping on the pepperoni and bacon pizza than I have ever gotten on any on my previous orders with the same specifications. So disappointed after looking forward to pizza. In the end I picked off so much cheese that I had a pile of cheese bigger than than the amount I ate before giving up and throwing away my leftovers after not even two slices. Truly horrible experience whoever made this pizza was an incompetent employee to add more cheese to the light cheese pizza than the regular cheese pizza.

Worst Dominoes Experience I have ever had.
Not only did they mess up my order and make me wait longer so the rest of my food got cold. The people had terrible customer service and gave attitude when the mishap happened.
Thank you for such poor Service ill make sure to go the extra distance to the one on west 106th where I use to work for quality service near me!
Then after I leave when they made my remake Hawaiian pizza with Garlic Parm sauce. I get home for it to be red sauce!

The last time I had Domino’s pizza was in 2004. I have not had it that long for a reason. Then today it was the only pizza place open close to me late so I took a chance. The delivery was quick and showed up at my apartment entrance which can be hard to find. I was shocked how hot, fresh, and tasty the pizza was. I would not hesitate to order there again. Not surprised at all they are the most profitable pizza chain in the world.

Pizza is made good with good taste. Have good sides as well. Had good timing since ordering from here being pretty fast so far. Haven’t had any issues so far. Worth the try and money .
